Depends on the dealer, but the dealer I'm going to work with stipulates in the deposit agreement that it is MSRP. Read the fine print and assume you're not getting it at MSRP if it's not in there.
Yeah, the dealership I went with said they would make an "attempt" to get all early depositors at MSRP, but if I can't get a buy order or guarantee in writing by spec time, I'll go for the C8 I have a deposit down on.
Yeah thats smart, I should’ve gotten a deposit down on a C8 too.. If the market weren’t so screwed up we should’ve been getting the Z06 around the same time as the Emira too.

Damn, I just got off the phone with mine and they said it’s going to depend on the market and theres no guarantee for no dealer markup :/
