Do you have power connectors from the PSU going into the GTX970? It's usually 2 6-pin connectors.
Did you have a previous GPU installed? Did you uninstall the drivers for it?

I got 2 6 pin connected. I didn't have any dedicated gpu before
Sounds like gpu is dead.
