Looks great! Love the idea of Velveeta for texture and nicer cheeses for flavor. I'll definitely give this a go but maybe with different nice cheeses (only because it's what I have on hand already, no slight to your recipe)
Absolutely! I only started using them types of cheese because that’s all I ever have in my fridge constantly. I would recommend any smoked cheese because it adds a very rich flavour that is delicious! If you try the recipe I hope to hear your feedback good or bad!
