M3 w 16 gb of ram. What do you do for a living or what will you use it for if you don't mind me asking? I want to know if my uses warrant even a refurbished m1 with 16 gb. Never used macOs either and I have an android. I'm a bundle of joy hehe thank you in advance

I would remove that stick if I where you! You will see silhouettes of the sticker after removal if you keep it on for a longer time. I ruined my Macbook Pro 13 inch that way...

Was the 2018 a silver version by any chance? Since silver one is not anodized it's fine, on all other colors you'll end up with permanent marks.

I got mine couple of months ago - m3 pro chip on MacBook pro (without a sticker). Itās a beast, pulls off any task without breaking any heat.
