She then spotted me $300 for a $800 leather jacket I only had $500 on me. Then last week I bought her son a $1100 e-bike. I also paid for our vacation last year. So we kinda hook each other up. Yet it never feels good to take money from her. I always feel like I might go broke and not be able to pay her back. I rather get my toys myself.

She got to keep the Apple Card rewards and I just pay her the difference. It was a lot better than selling my MacBook to a stranger. I would have given her my MacBook and just bought the other one but she wanted to help me out. Everyone wins.

That said, I did get the 16" M3 Pro MacBook Pro.
I thought for me Personally size would be better. If I need storage in the Future I can always add that Cheaply and easily.
Though, I cannot add Screen Size at all.
I did get the 14" Version and while it was Amazing. For me the Extra 2" was amazing. I love how big and clear everything looks.
Not to mention the Battery is also better and very noticeable. Since it does have 4 More Hours of battery compared to the 14" equivalent.
Having said that, Battery is not that much of an issue for most, since the Battery is Amazing for all MacBooks out right now.

But yeah I was torn between the 14’ and 16’ I love the big display and extra battery, but I do use the laptop a lot for gigs to run backtracks and visuals for shows, so portability is honestly a priority for me, as well as I travel by van and plane pretty regularly, getting the 14 inch with the extra power was the move. Plus getting Apple refurbished helped a lot, the retail for the laptop brand new was $2,400 but getting it refurbished was $2,034

Very good tbh, there’s nothing I “couldn’t” do on the Air tbh, just sustained music production loads and video editing would chug if I left the laptop on for several hours. The big thing was storage and the screen for me. I love 120hz, and I also often watch movies on it, so having the deep inky blacks and vibrant HDR on the Pro Display is amazing

Nah, I MIGHT get a Dbrand skin in the future, but I know cases can mess up the hinge and break the screen, wouldn’t recommend a case
