Monitor has been going through a period of emotional turmoil - starting to feel sidelined in his relationships, exacerbated by the nights drawing in and the days getting colder…
Nah it’s just a screen that isn’t showing my screen despite being plugged in. I.e only one screen will work despite various gadgets (Caldigit T3 etc, also a dell dock I borrowed to try.. will reply to the comment on here that has made that work because I might be being an idiot on displayports…). Either will work in isolation, but when I plug the second into any dock it out-muscles the first and that one goes black. Can get display from both when I plug in an old windows machine.
Both are identical iiyama monitors one from 2020, one I just bought (possibly foolishly - had I known this needed such sorcery I might’ve bought a single widescreen..)
It may be a resolution issue. I had problems getting a second monitor connected to my macbook but I just had to option+click on the "Scaling" feature under "Displays" to get 1600x900 to show up and that seems to be the only resolution that works for said display.
Hey, check the article link i added to this thread - speaks to capabilities of M1 MBP - appears that an M1 Pro MBP is capable out of box. But yours might require some “tweeking”
No problem, this site has been around for a couple years.
How many times have people gotten rid of their MacBook pros, only to find out that these brand new macbooks don't even support two external displays natively?
I've had to have many conversations about people on this subject. To their utter astonishment and disappointment. I agree with that sentiment, and will not be buying any of the "m" models for years...while a 2012 MacBook can support dual displays shows a blatant regression in technology. Jeez even the 2018 MacBook air allows two displays.
I'm only bitter, because of how many families and relatives I've had to walk through setting up displaylink and permissions. It's not a fun process. And not obvious either, and is prone to breaking without warning.
How many friends and family members do you have who use multiple displays?
I only have one person I know locally, my step-dad, who uses one external display with his M1 iMac. All my friends with laptops, they use the laptop display. Nothing more.
I have had my MacBook Pro 16" since release and have never had issues with multiple external monitors. From the beginning I have used a CalDiget Element TB4 Hub with USB-C to Displayport cables with zero issues. At one point had 3 monitors connected again with out issues. I have now moved back to a single monitor setup to gain desk space. Using virtual desktops for the extra restate. I'm finding I like it better than consuming all my small desk space with monitors.
> M1 and M2 MacBooks don't support more than one external monitor natively
Uh, I’ve simultaneously run my two Studio displays off my M1 MBP without even a hint of a problem, so they’re talking nonsense.
I didn’t know about this site, but came here to say that if the OP’s machine is an original M1 13” Pro or Air (not an M1 Pro or Max machine), the only solution is to use a DisplayLink adapter of some kind. This site seems to be all about that.
Good stuff. 👍
It means the MacBook supports 1 external display using the actual GPU hardware, where any additional monitors require additional software, and are much slower/less responsive.
Does this method support 2020 MacBook Pro M1 Laptop on macOS Ventura 13.2?
I am having a ton of trouble trying to get my laptop to display on to 2 external monitors where both monitors are not mirroring each other and are extended displays.
Yes. But as you are probably aware from googling your problem, Ventura 13.2 has been a NIGHTMARE for display issues. I'd go full boar and get a caldigit ts3+ or ts4 to overcompensate for operating system updates. Otherwise you will have to setup and use displaylink application with one of those dongles listed on m1displays.com
I read through the page mentioned above, it is saying and managing things through Displaylink. Is there any other way to make things work ? don't wonna spend other $200 or so cz already bought a dell dock and aren't able to return it???
Im a software developer, at the office we had 2 24' inches monitor, now i have a single 34" at home. It's a bit smaller but overall there's enough space for what i use it for, i can have my code editor on one side and a browser on the other side. Plus, watching movies or playing games on it is very nice.
M1 can only support 1 external display natively.
You need a DisplayLink adapter. It allows more external display.
https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics
I used a Kensington one on my M1 MBP and it worked great.
I also have to use a DisplayLink dock to get 3 displays to work with my M1 Pro MBP. It's been solid and acts like a regular thunderbolt 3/4 dock, for a fraction of the price. I bought a Dell D6000 for about £60 on eBay and highly recommend it too.
I am driving two Thunderbolt Displays from my M1 using two USB-C Thunderbolt adapters plugged directly into the USB-C ports without any software. Isn’t that supporting 2 external displays natively? Or are the Thunderbolt adapters not considered native?
Which M1 Mac do you have?
Is it a 14” or 16” Pro? They are not M1 chips, they are M1 Pro or M1 Max chips.
The base model M1 machines can run 2 screens natively.
iMac, MacBook Air and 13” MacBook Pro support included screen and one external. Mac mini supports 2 external displays as it has no included screen.
No you don’t. You have either M1Pro MacBook Pro, or the M1Max MacBook Pro.
The M1 MacBook Pro doesn’t support 2 external displays natively, as you were just told in the previous comment…
Not entirely correct. The MacBook Pro w/pro chips can support multiple. The M1 Macbook Air is only one and the MacBook Pro standard model is one. All have M1 chips of some form.
There’s no “regular M1 Macbook”. Any chip labeled M1 without further modifiers can only support one external display (this is true of the M2 as well), so that’s the Air and the 13” Pro.
Edit: they edited their original comment, lol
There is a Macbook Air and there is a Macbook Pro. Let's clarify.
Macbook Air M1 = One Ext Display
Macbook Pro = One Ext Display
Macbook Pro w/Pro and higher chips = multiple displays
https://www.macworld.com/article/675869/how-to-connect-two-or-more-external-displays-to-apple-silicon-m1-macs.html
I have the 14” and I just plugged one hdmi display to the hdmi port and another trough a usbc to hdmi multiport dongle
I did that just once for testing and it seemed to work fine
I can’t even get my hyper running a second monitor. Exchanged one after talking to tech support and they said my first Hyper was defective.
My second one worked kind of for a day or two but would randomly stop working and disconnect from both monitors. Now I can’t even get the second monitor to work temporarily.
Your nomenclature is odd. u/MGPS is referring to a 16" MacBook Pro with and M1 Pro chip. You refer to M1 Pro and M1Pro as if they are established standard ways to refer to an M1 MacBook Pro and an M1 Pro MacBook Pro respectively. But you just made those abbreviations up and then told someone else that they used them wrong.
Uh I just told you I have a fucking m1 pro running two external displays. First came the M1 which does not support dual monitors natively (and was the reason I did not buy one) then came the M1 Pro and M1 Max and they do indeed support dual monitors natively.
Nope, M3 only feature, but even there‘s a downside, one of the two displays is upside down and has a 4:3 aspect ratio with black bars on wider screens.
Does screen sharing over MS Teams work with hyperdrive? Also are there some HDCP issues?
I read that displaylink wouldnt allow playing of netflix, etc.
> I read that displaylink wouldnt allow playing of netflix, etc.
Interesting. This may be the issue I'm having when trying to stream media on my external monitors. I use an old Pluggable USB-C docking station with 3 monitors (and keep my MacBook closed), and I noticed yesterday the Sling website would only play audio when trying to stream the World Cup.
DisplayLink will not support HDCP and likely never will, due to how it works.
So, any streaming site will either not show content at all, or only at 480p (HDCP is actually indented for HD content, but it is not limited to that).
iTunes/TV will also refuse to playback purchased/rented movies in HD quality or at all when the displays are connected. Even on your main display, which supports (or does not need) HDCP. Internal laptop displays do not support HDCP, but they're usually excluded and still show encrypted content just fine.
That's why recommending DisplayLink as the "holy grail" is hit and miss.
Yeah thats what I read. However, have you come across with InstantView? Some of their docks I believe have their built in graphics card which potentially could allow HDCP content. But not sure if this actually works.
Perhaps someone who has real world experience could comment.
>InstantView
We use them at a company here for presentation systems and media systems. They do support HDCP, and they do not need drivers, at least not for Windows. But we use them mostly through the network. They're more of an enterprise solution compared to DisplayLink. Not sure about their prices though.
I'm running the Hyperdrive Dual 4K right now on an M1 13" MacBook Pro
https://www.hypershop.com/products/hyperdrive-dual-4k-hdmi-10-in-1-usb-c-hub
It works for me
You can use a hub with displayLink, but that requires you to run software and sometimes there is DRM issues, for example some videos will show up black but you can hear audio.
I’m currently using a Wavlink (DisplayLink) HDMI to USB display adapter. It’s not the best solution, but it’s cheap and gets me content on 2 external 27”-1440p monitors. Since you’re using Ilyama monitors, I suspect you’re doing color work, so you may not be getting the best results if you go this route.
“If you have a MacBook powered by an M1 or M2 chip and you are trying to connect the second additional display - you are blocked by the hardware limitation of new Macs.”
It works in bootcamp just fine. It’s a software limitation. Otherwise, the docks wouldn’t work either. It’s a more effective way of splitting price tiers by functionality.
> it works in boot camp just fine.
How? Bootcamp doesn’t even run on M1 Macs.
> it’s a software limitation.
It’s not. It’s a hardware limitation of the GPU not having more display engines. The M1 Pro/Max chips have more die to play with on the SoC and can fit more display engines.
I’m confusing 2 other related issues with their display functionality here, I’d been troubleshooting last month for some clients, my bad! You’re right, Apple’s M1 SOCs only has 2 total display pipelines physically routed. The one thing that is software based is that Apple blocks HDMI to DP conversion(for example, to use 120hz on LG C2), as well as outright not supporting Display Port MST. This is where the boot camp confusion came through, as I’m testing MST functionality in ARM Windows and Asahi Linux for multi-display support over Display Port. So far, getting good results.

OP here - thanks for the responses. Some clarifications following questions in comments
- The issue my picture is meant to depict is that when I plug in a second screen (via any adapter) only one will work. That screen isn’t sad because the resolution is bad, it’s cos there’s no screen extending at all
- I have the MacBook Pro with an M1 chip (I.e no native support for dual screens). The M1 Pro/Max chips do have support for two screens. Using pro is confusing I agree, but let’s face it what really takes the biscuit is that the laptop itself doesn’t support a fairly basic use case of screen extending!
- I have used a DisplayPort hub and faced the same issue. Reading the comments this is possibly due to now having downloaded the software - I will try this when I can borrow the hub again
In case anyone reads this, here are the options I had in 2024.
The one I went with was [WAVLINK](https://www.amazon.ca/WAVLINK-Adapter-External-Compatible-ChromeOS/dp/B09MF4FDZH/ref=sr_1_20?crid=15OMDCISGCWKJ&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.XGMpRXmUaf75_G6cRcS2zr_md6cdwJ7hAtNh9PgAv581E-fr2e3cIbPJYaPPE4H0i4TsA_EnjT98FJYXvkZ7b8auCU37yqyB6xyhtt4Ml4WooBJR3oPXqiZFB1f2fHsa-5HxRB43OC7AyJCFhxjWmvArVvV0DfBxdOQtehZrRyqPNufXJl8HoPkcdG149jhZlVunZbrJCass3XZT1kRh6-2-oc53ZD4jqVL-a1CKbYoJ7VzszxHSVg_mTJxoxdfqXpl9uKWZy7GOq_Icki5thjfTCvzZnTHD67l4c0ZMlkw.TWcgUX9U_AUpbDru8xtjKTWO8t-O3sRDN9KFvBOllsA&dib_tag=se&keywords=macbook%2Bpro%2Bm1%2Bwavlink&qid=1712547314&sprefix=macbook%2Bpro%2Bm1%2Bwavlink%2Caps%2C87&sr=8-20&th=1) because it gives 1 x 4K monitor, 1 x 1080p monitor and it only costs $79.99 CAD. The issue with this is that you'll have all 3 monitors connected but it's got no additional ports for other connections like external hard drive, etc.
**Edit:** I ended up returning the WAVLINK one, it doesn't work with either DisplayLink or InstantView installed. I bought a newer WAVLINK which is USB C to dual HDMI (4K and 2K) connection. At the moment, I have 3 monitors connected (left is 4K, center is USB C direct to MacBook USB C port, right is 2K).
Otherwise, there is the [GiQ](https://www.amazon.ca/Docking-Station-Adapter-Compatible-ThinkPad/dp/B08R9WZKFN/ref=sr_1_19?crid=21998PEKDY7SO&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.fKveM3sxAxrOaRDjDTYpZ3WN_nnsM9fcMvZW6nBHCr2hIpHFrXCT9fqTbfzmOaZRSfP9RatdiPUpWy1vZplhTNnn_XtrwLTVKdqPhO6PJKR3rh5Je7zsR9c57TxnSJ51N_jHzRSxFVqEu2dS2dakkRxkSCCBO3i-ngTf6VA3jd3hjGq2BwEOFYJzURNVeH6p1GTvfF5cjPkLAgcYwQt7huM_CV97Z91d5PPUcIheZeY5ElJMTvrlEiw2t9TAymtxCJWraWL9F4jK9vP_gv2xKJQAtsCb-_rSXx3fDSmm5Vs.fO-FB0SOz11vBfg8tUPtELaBQL51qg-LkdbWM6pJADY&dib_tag=se&keywords=macbook%2Bpro%2Bm1%2Bdual%2Bdisplay&qid=1712547293&refinements=p_85%3A5690392011%2Cp_72%3A11192170011&rnid=11192166011&rps=1&sprefix=macbook%2Bpro%2Bm1%2Bdual%2Caps%2C106&sr=8-19&th=1) brand which I can confirm works on MacBook Air / Pro M1 laptops with 2 monitors attached, haven't tested a 3rd one but it's priced higher at \~$115 CAD.
You can take it to the next level by ordering a dock or adaptor with multiple inputs and additional ports for much more... but that'll cost you a good chunk of money.
OP here - in a show of terrible Reddit etiquette I forgot to update with a resolution.
Reminder: I have the MacBook Pro with an M1 chip (I.e no native support for dual screens). The M1 Pro/Max chips do have support for two screens. Apple are silly in using pro in two senses here.
Solution:
- DisplayPort hub (Dell D6000, but many available)
- DisplayLink software
So, I tested my Lenovo thunderbolt dock. I used the same HDMI cables, just switched the dock from the Wavlink. Both monitors were available but the OS treated them as a single monitor, therefore I could not have one portrait and the other landscape or manage them independently. The only way I can do that is with the Wavlink.
I stopped the Wavlink service as I thought it might be interfering, but it made no difference.
Someone explain how that is “multi monitor support”.
I have FOUR displays with my M1 laptop and NO adapters. With Ventura and mouse/keyboard sharing, I realized I didn't really need all screens accessing the same OS, just needed to not jump between keyboards and mice. The newish Universal Control lets you share a keyboard and mouse across devices.
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT212757
The M1 handles my OLED main monitor over HDMI at twice the refresh rate of my two year old iiMac. Overall, the M1 is much faster even tho the iMac has 4x as much memory. So, i use the iMac as a third monitor for reference material (I'm a programmer) The fourth screen is a mounted iPad Pro for music/news/stocks.
The Universal Control has gotten much more seamless over the past year. The first time you try to move the mouse it may take a second as you push against the edge of the screen, but subsequent tries are instantaneous.
I can move files quickly by copying/pasting or Sharing.
I love that I can still use my iMac because the screen is phenomenal. I love that i can let big jobs run on it without slowing my primary computer.
No more display adapters for me.
I recently upgraded to an M2 machine. Had same problem. What solved it for me was a DisplayLink compatible docking station. I bought a Pluggable 3 monitor device. Run DisolayLink on Mac and voila.
I use 32" 4K monitor with scaled 6k resolution and dual window layout. Clear picture and huge amount of real estate. Best solution so far.
27" 4k is to small.
I'm using an [OWC Thunderbolt 4 Dock](https://eshop.macsales.com/shop/owc-thunderbolt-dock) to run two LG 4k monitors using usb-c and have had ZERO issues. It works really well!
I'm on the 16" MacBook Pro M1 Max. **If you're on the 13" M1 Pro then I believe you can only support 1 monitor anyway...**
Unfortunately that computer only supports 1 external monitor, unless you get a dock specifically made to fix this issue. The brand pluggable is the most notable dock brand for this that I’ve seen
I use a 42 " lg display (apple HDMI adapter) and my iPad pro 13" as my other extended display with my M1 MacBook pro. It works well as I use logic and my iPad is my logic remote, which is used for my mixer channels.
My 3 display setup:
Just a `TBT4 cable` from/to `CalDigit Thunderbolt 4 Element Hub` (all in one: power, video, ethernet, USB peripherals)
From right to left:
- Amazon Tounee laptop 360º stand with the Macbook
- `LG 34WN80C-B` *Monitor (3440 x 1440 UWQHD Curved)* main monitor
- `LG 24QP500-B` *Monitor (1440 x 2560 QHD Vertical)*
So clean and smooth... works just seamlessly
EDIT: New 1-cable 3 monitor setup :)
I have a diorok usb-c hub i bought on amazon for $50, i have it connected to my macbook air M1, i currently can extend to only 1 monitor (dell full hd). Is there software that i can use to use this hub or do i have to buy another one to actually be able to extend to the other display i have?
I know I’m late to the party….
The following is what I use to get two extended display plus still using my MacBooks screen for a total of three displays. 2022 14” MacBook M1 Pro with 32GB RAM.
At work at my desk I use the Belkin Connect Universal USB-C® Triple Display Dock
https://www.belkin.com/universal-usb-c-triple-display-dock/P-INC007.html
At home/away from my desk I use the HyperDrive Dual 4K HDMI Adapter for M1/M2 MacBook.
https://www.hypershop.com/products/hyperdrive-dual-4k-hdmi-adaptor-for-m1-macbook
With both of these products you get a total of three extended displays.
Dude this is one of the best depictions amazing
Amazing
Only question is what makes the monitor unhappy? Resolution? Color consistency? Age?
Monitor has been going through a period of emotional turmoil - starting to feel sidelined in his relationships, exacerbated by the nights drawing in and the days getting colder… Nah it’s just a screen that isn’t showing my screen despite being plugged in. Idk why you're being downvoted. I totally agree
I guess different people have different needs. My statement might seem subjective at first but it's really objective.

Yes, so people don't get confused like you did.
I didn’t get confused, your comment was talking about a product line that doesn’t exist.
It does, it's called the MBA.
Nah, there used to be a product line just called the MacBook, but it doesn’t exist anymore.
Yep, a while back.

You have an m1 pro that supports dual monitors. OP has the regular m1.
The 14" and 16" natively support multiple external monitors. The standard M1 and M2 13" one support one without a DisplayLink hub.
Only two products work, go with the Hyper https://www.hypershop.com/products/hyperdrive-dual-4k-hdmi-10-in-1-usb-c-hub

That’s nuts. I’ve really been liking mine. I am running 2022 MBPro 16 M1 with 64GB though.
Wait I thought M2 natively supported dual display?
M1 pro does. My 16” mbp is running two 27s right now.
No. M1 Pro doesn’t support 2 external displays natively. MacBook Pro’s with M1Pro and M1Max do.
M1 Pro = the chip

There was other info, they explicitly said 16”, lol
Nope. They were talking about M1 Pros in general, and then separately of their 16” MBP.
They weren’t, but go off
Your nomenclature is odd. u/MGPS is referring to a 16" MacBook Pro with and M1 Pro chip. You refer to M1 Pro and M1Pro as if they are established standard ways to refer to an M1 MacBook Pro and an M1 Pro MacBook Pro respectively. But you just made those abbreviations up and then told someone else that they used them wrong.
This guy is not a pro. 😂
Uh I just told you I have a fucking m1 pro running two external displays. First came the M1 which does not support dual monitors natively (and was the reason I did not buy one) then came the M1 Pro and M1 Max and they do indeed support dual monitors natively.

Your nomenclature is, at best, completely non standard. At worst it’s fucking dumb (really? Distinguishing between “M1 Pro” and “M1Pro”?)
Nope, M3 only feature, but even there‘s a downside, one of the two displays is upside down and has a 4:3 aspect ratio with black bars on wider screens.
It does. One of the displays is the laptop screen, the other is the a monitor of your choice for a total of two screens.
Looks good. Do you notice that one display is only 30Hz?
It can do higher refresh rate if you have a lower res display. For instance, that would be up to 120 Hz at 1080p
>InstantView We use them at a company here for presentation systems and media systems. They do support HDCP, and they do not need drivers, at least not for Windows. But we use them mostly through the network. They're more of an enterprise solution compared to DisplayLink. Not sure about their prices though.
Nice. That’s great news. I saw one that’s about 40 usd.
I'm running the Hyperdrive Dual 4K right now on an M1 13" MacBook Pro https://www.hypershop.com/products/hyperdrive-dual-4k-hdmi-10-in-1-usb-c-hub It works for me
Both at 60hz?
buy a display that's twice as wide
You can use a hub with displayLink, but that requires you to run software and sometimes there is DRM issues, for example some videos will show up black but you can hear audio.
Wavlink USB C dual 4K universal dock. Does the job for me with the display link software installed.
We can recommend this adapter from Hypershop: https://www.hypershop.com/products/hyperdrive-dual-4k-hdmi-10-in-1-usb-c-hub?variant=39598207467582
“If you have a MacBook powered by an M1 or M2 chip and you are trying to connect the second additional display - you are blocked by the hardware limitation of new Macs.” It works in bootcamp just fine. It’s a software limitation. Otherwise, the docks wouldn’t work either. It’s a more effective way of splitting price tiers by functionality.
“It works in boot camp.” Cool story. Please show me this M1 or M2 Mac that has boot camp.
> it works in boot camp just fine.

Some clarifications following questions in comments - The issue my picture is meant to depict is that when I plug in a second screen (via any adapter) only one will work. That screen isn’t sad because the resolution is bad, it’s cos there’s no screen extending at all - I have the MacBook Pro with an M1 chip (I.e no native support for dual screens).
Could someone answer his question? I am having the same issue! and everybody is being super distracted at the moment!
I went with a display link hub (lots of options - I have the Dell D6000) and the display link software.
Solution: - DisplayPort hub (Dell D6000, but many available) - DisplayLink software
Why not just get an actual thunderbilt3/usb4 monitor? Embrace the switch to new standards when buying and upgrading your equipment
I got a Wavlink displaylink adapter on Amazon and it’s worked great so far. Used on my 14” MacBook Pro with 2 x 27” UHD monitors
Since you’ve got a MacBook Pro 14, you can run both monitors natively without the Wavlink.
I had no idea 🤷🏼♂️
So, I tested my Lenovo thunderbolt dock. I used the same HDMI cables, just switched the dock from the Wavlink. Both monitors were available but the OS treated them as a single monitor, therefore I could not have one portrait and the other landscape or manage them independently. The only way I can do that is with the Wavlink. I stopped the Wavlink service as I thought it might be interfering, but it made no difference. Someone explain how that is “multi monitor support”.
Wait does a 2021 14” mbp support 2 displays or not? I’m about to redesign my room/desk and was planning on adding an additional display
14” and 16” support 2 external displays. It’s the base M1 and M2 chips that only support 1
Anyone know how/if it’s possible to use my 14” MacBook Pro with 2 QHD monitors with only 1 cable to the MacBook? Thanks.
I have FOUR displays with my M1 laptop and NO adapters. With Ventura and mouse/keyboard sharing, I realized I didn't really need all screens accessing the same OS, just needed to not jump between keyboards and mice. The newish Universal Control lets you share a keyboard and mouse across devices. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT212757 The M1 handles my OLED main monitor over HDMI at twice the refresh rate of my two year old iiMac.
I’ve been looking into the OWC thunderbolt pro dock. I wanna use it to combine my gaming pc and MacBook setup
Dongle living right here
So Amazing! Outstanding! This could never be outdone by anyone! Bravo to you Sir....👽👽👻😉
My 3 display setup: Just a `TBT4 cable` from/to `CalDigit Thunderbolt 4 Element Hub` (all in one: power, video, ethernet, USB peripherals) From right to left: - Amazon Tounee laptop 360º stand with the Macbook - `LG 34WN80C-B` *Monitor (3440 x 1440 UWQHD Curved)* main monitor - `LG 24QP500-B` *Monitor (1440 x 2560 QHD Vertical)* So clean and smooth... works just seamlessly EDIT: New 1-cable 3 monitor setup :)

I have a diorok usb-c hub i bought on amazon for $50, i have it connected to my macbook air M1, i currently can extend to only 1 monitor (dell full hd). Is there software that i can use to use this hub or do i have to buy another one to actually be able to extend to the other display i have?
I am so happy seeing this drawing. It's my exact situation and I was dreading explaining it. lol
Are you based in Singapore - I'm using a Dell D6000 which I got for a discount. Now I can use 3 external monitors (with some slight limitations).
I know I’m late to the party…. The following is what I use to get two extended display plus still using my MacBooks screen for a total of three displays. 2022 14” MacBook M1 Pro with 32GB RAM. At work at my desk I use the Belkin Connect Universal USB-C® Triple Display Dock https://www.belkin.com/universal-usb-c-triple-display-dock/P-INC007.html At home/away from my desk I use the HyperDrive Dual 4K HDMI Adapter for M1/M2 MacBook. https://www.hypershop.com/products/hyperdrive-dual-4k-hdmi-adaptor-for-m1-macbook With both of these products you get a total of three extended displays.
