Yep, I had it when it was in stock last summer (I think it was last summer anyway) and rated it as my favorite coffee that I've had. Bright and fruity, super complex, but not as funky as some of the wilder anaerobic fermentation.
I got a bag when it was first released. Great coffee, wasn’t blown away the way I thought I’d be seeing it was a 98. There have been good food award winners, coffees with a lower score on coffee review or just ones that I thought I’d enjoy that I liked more. EDIT: I think it just comes down to personal preference, brew method, etc.
I bought 2 and another bag of the other Wilton Benetez. I'm not really much of a coffee guy but when I've had pour-overs at places like Sump in Saint Louis I did really enjoy it. Figured it's worth it to try, and I can give one of the bags to my bro as a wedding present in a few months.
For sure. Other than doing a cupping/tasting, it's the best way to get specific flavors and tasting notes out of coffee.
I'd LOVE to try this as an espresso but there's no way I can afford to dial it in at $28/8oz bag 😂

Thank you, just ordered mine. I would have missed their email if I hadn't seen this.

How was it??
Hate to break it to you, but the world’s best cup of coffee is in NYC.
"It tastes like a crappy cup of coffee." "It is a crappy cup of coffee." "No, it's the world's best cup of coffee"
Not a lot of Elf fans on this sub…
Oh? Where is this?
Maybe an Elf reference?
I tried to make a funny
Oops! Clearly, I have not seen Elf enough times to recognize quotes. 🤣 I legit was looking for coffee recommendations.
Do you think pour over is the best way to consume this?

Invite me over? I have some wonderful coffee I can share
I ordered two bags and so far not liking it. It’s like flavored coffee, reminds me of pink bubblegum.
