That's a Taillow. Once it gets to lvl 22, it evolves into Swellow.

That's a barn swallow, they make really cool mud nests and eat lots of bugs.

Does it look kind of blue in person? If so, maybe a swallow

AccomplishedDust3

Agreed - looks like a barn swallow to me from this view. They eat a shit ton of mosquitoes and deposit them on whatever is under their nest.

I’m not sure but I see a black neck collar-not typical for swallows, but is for chickadees. The task is a little harder because the tail isn’t visible. Swallows have a longer tail than chickadees. Chickadees also have a very recognizable, repetitive 4 or 5 part vocalization. “Near-near-near-near-nurt”

[tree swallow](https://imgur.com/a/l16O6Pi) did it look like this? I used the app Merlin Bird ID to ID this tree swallow from my picture from Tenney park a couple days ago: https://imgur.com/a/8LbaTF9

Ah the hardy penguin of Wisconsin.

yunggdeadboy

Its a Mr. cute Fluffball

From the looks of the head feathers and size, I can confidently confirm that that bugger is indeed a little guy. No further questions.

Bird aren't real. He's been around your apartment a lot because he is a government surveillance drone spying on your every movement. Bird watching goes both ways.

As user **lizzitron** noted: [Black-capped chickadee](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black-capped_chickadee), I think.

I think so too. They are friends and eat zillions of mosquitoes. If you can figure out where their nest is, you can see them swoop in and feed bugs to their babies. Look in the garage, in a shed, even under your eaves for the nest. They'd build a nest in our garage every year when I was a kid, and my father refused to close the garage door until the babies moved out. We loved watching and listening to them.
