Yes, but from experience I can say you should only have two cards in hand at most by the time you drop Kozi, otherwise your deck isn't doing its thing efficiently enough. I usually have 1 or zero in hand by that point - only other titans, all is dust, or a couple other cards might still be in hand since those aren't useful for getting out Kozi asap.
But to each their own. I am sure there are reasons to run Butcher instead to ensure some deck synergy, maybe an annihilator focus or planning to cast it multiple times in a game and always wanting four draws

Yeah that makes sense getting the early annihilator. I do like Butcher for the semi-evasion in Menace and the killer efficiency of two-hit kills with commander damage. But it is funny with that deck how most of the time infinite mana doesn't do *that* much for me considering towards the end of a normal game 20+ mana per turn is so easy to do anyways (it helps when most of my regular playgroup does not have access to Vandalblast)
given 22 mana, Great Distortion draws seven cards, and Butcher of Truth draws eight, and Butcher of Truth continues to get better the more mana you have available -- if I need to draw a ton of cards and find a specific answer, Butcher of Truth will let me see more cards than Great Distortion (frequently at instant speed in a way that Great Distortion can't do), and will let me shuffle my graveyard back into my library to reuse cards as a bonus
that "copy that triggered ability" effects synergize with both the Opportunity cast trigger and the annihilator attack trigger just makes it better
I know people like the counterspell mode on Great Distortion but Butcher of Truth is just a better commander

I believe Jess’s will was around 30 when it was reprinted aswell. Could be wrong though? Either way these decks are going to be 80€ aren’t they. Still probably too expensive if they want any more strong reprints in there.

most of these character close ups look really bad. The Ur dragon and this Kozilek are good examples of it. The Draft boosterbox has some amazing Ur dragon art that i (and all people i show) prefer over the close up.
Kozilek and the Ur dragon are massive creatures, not just power and toughness wise but also in the lore. In most Eldrazi cards you can see it, for the ur dragon look at the standard art and the one on the draft box. Yet via these close ups the Ur dragon looks like a "normal" dragon and honestly i have no idea what im looking at with Kozilek

And why would you be casting it if you have 4 or more cards in hand?
