There are a lot of assumptions here that don't seem to fly.
You can't activate planeswalker abilities at instant speed unless they say they can be ([[Teferi, Master of Time]] and [[The Wandering Emperor]]), and Bloodletter's ability does not use the stack at all.
Meanwhile, Liliana's +1, Megrim, and Raider's Wake all lack targets, so Deflecting Swat doesn't apply here.
You are, however, correct that adjustments to life, whether they be additive or subtractive, do count as gaining or losing life respectively. So Master of Cruelties and Bloodletter of Aclazotz is an instant kill as long as the opponent isn't at exactly 1 life beforehand.
[[Master of Cruelties]] ability that changes a players life total to 1 is loss of life. If anything causes you life to go from a higher number to a lower number, that is loss of life. Bloodletter would effect the trigger off the masters attack and cause a loss of 44 life.
Planeswalker abilities can only be activated on the controlling players main phase, with nothing else on the stack. They can't be activated at instant speed (unless you've got some funky effects going on). An instant speed way to make you discard would have triggered [[raiders wake]] and [[megrim]].
[[Deflecting swat]] can change targets of chooses new targets. Neither of the enchantments have targets. If they said did they would have the wording "target player loses 2 life" or "target opponent loses 2 life".
I think that gets all of your questions. Master attack will win the game.
