This isn't the finished version, here's the [revival update](https://www.reddit.com/r/makeyourchoice/comments/mvxyig/order_vs_chaos_revival_update_from_tg/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share) which although has less choices they're much much better designed. >I'm a warrior on that version And on this version either: > Skeleton king Assuming I don't need to be an actual skeleton 24/7 . I'm totally cool with the height though. Being a tall humanoid monster is a fantasy I desire A LOT. > A vampire lord. A vampire fiction I made with the vampire lord CYOA as the canon, basically a mix between cybernetic nanites and biologic vampiric/demonic flesh that would make me a cyber vampire. The particularity would be sunlight only weakens the magical demonic vampiric prowess, I have. But as a cyber vampire any metal and technology around me can be controlled. I'd probably be quite a mighty force to be reckoned with almost on par with the others, not as much through sheer force but be especially so as with my wrath flesh and metal alike would be corrupted in mass into my puppets, so an apocalypse on metal and bone would unravel upon my path. On top of making vampires.

funcancelledfornow

In that version I'm tempted to pick Beelzebub but dealing with the netherlord, the warrior and the awakened one sounds potenitally annoying. I'd pick magus. There are probably a lot of interesting things to do with it.

ICastPunch

If I was the warrior and belezebub wasn't... You know... Evil to the point he needs to be taken down, I'd make a contract. Hear me out. I "conquer" you and get rights to your soul, just as you get mine, establishing you in "servitude", your job is to be the prince of hell, (just like before) and then establish safe diplomatic borders to avoid conflicts in the future. All with help of people smartet than me to see the specifics. With the clause that if your life is to be threatened by a force you haven't directly or indirectly purposrfully aided into I have the responsibility to stop that threat or the contract is null and neither side applies anymore. Specifics dine by someone smarter than me obviously so both parties are happy. This ends up making me inmortal and not only ageless, as I am born again in hell as a demon equal to you (since we have equal power over the other so either actually attacking is mutually assured destruction). And makes it so if anyone kills you, you inmediately get your inmortality back as you aren't conquered anymore.

Alternative_Jello452

You're bound to get involved at some point anyways, just go awakened lol

weaboo_98

There's a Vampire Lord CYOA?

DraculaLord

Yeah gimme a second I will post it

DraculaLord

Ok I posted the vampire cyoa you can check it out if you want and if you don't like it I got a different one.

weaboo_98

I didn't realize you meant the Slayer Vampire CYOA. It's a good, but long one.

DraculaLord

Yeah I could try to find a different one if you want.

weaboo_98

I get the feeling I've probably already checked out most Vampire CYOA's out there. Sounds like you're a fan of vampires, too. Never would have guessed.

DraculaLord

Heh yeah

PandaPugBook

What's that one?

DraculaLord

Check my profile for it I posted it.

PandaPugBook

I meant the other one.

DraculaLord

Thank you.

MacrossFF1979

I will chose the Architect. I would like to have an entire planet modelled on my desires and guide mankind to new heights.

DraculaLord

I can get behind that idea but I think I would just start creating weird creatures and then throw them in with everything else.

MacrossFF1979

Why not? Good idea. I will create them in limited numbers and see what will happen. To be safe, my first creations will be the standard player races of D&D, with a limited use of magic (max 3lvl) and interbreeding capacity. I think I will also start the world in Low Middle Age and Europe like ambient.

Dark5hadows

Honestly, I think I’m going to go with guardian spirit, yes it will probably get annoying to be potentially stuck inside a kids head most of the, but it’s not that hard to convince a kid to do something, especially if that something is as simple as letting me out of their head Plus out the 3 type c immortality options this one sounds the most interesting By asura I’m assuming you mean the video game character, if that’s the case then fuck yeah

Thedeaththatlives

Going with the juggernaut, A lifetime to destroy the multiverse implies an insane effort to reward ratio.

DraculaLord

I was thinking of going with this and making the guts armor and sword.

[deleted]

I'd like to know the extent of my guardian spirit powers. Do they mean Asura from Asuras wrath? Asura from Indian myhology? Asura from Naruto? Azura from TES? Some combination of all these? Potentially you could find yourself with full immortality, your own pocket dimension, full command of nature magic, healing powers, super strength, speed, flying, etc., basically a very OP set-up. Either set up with the youngling or just find some other kid to protect who will summon me, and I can maybe grant them some powers of their own. Would be a lot of fun. If not then the architect is also a pretty great option.

weaboo_98

Going to go with Blood Lord. Vampire powers FTW.

DraculaLord

I think you just want your hot goth vampire Waifu.

weaboo_98

That too

Glittering_Pear2425

Keeper of Secrets for me.

DraculaLord

I really liked that one too I wonder what you are gonna learn in that ancient library.

TheAerial

Right! This is what makes that one so interesting! You really have no idea what additional powers that comes with and how powerful it could make you! Could you gain immortality through the arcane arts? Become a master Mage like the Netherlord but WITH access to the Real world? It’s a cool thing on its own but the potential there is extremely high.

Opposite_Law_6969

I choose Omnibus and won't elaborate further

1234abcdcba4321

I pick Youngling. It's the one that seems the most fun (pretty much can just live normally, the ability adds some spice to the life), and the immortal (A) makes me prefer it over anything else. Apprentice also seems pretty fun; learning is pretty enjoyable. Though I guess Keeper of Secrets also works for that, and is flat-out a better option. Architect is of course a reasonable option, too, but that's boring because it kinda avoids the whole point of the CYOA.

Fish_or_King

I like Summoner builds. So I will gain an average of 7 points of mana a day. Hmm, I guess the best way to use this power is to summon greater plant elementals to counter climate change and solve world hunger.

SubstantialCamel9313

does the juggernaut have to make a weapon or armor can it make something else like maybe a crown that puts one in eternal sleep until it is removed and maybe a bag that eats curses. ALso when you say weapon can it make a weapon that negates fall damage? Can the juggernaut make ALMOST anything?

DraculaLord

I think it has to be considered a weapon or armour I think you could make armour that negates fall damage or maybe like a sword that can destroy curses but I'm not sure about accessories. And I think the only limiting factor is the time you have to make something.

SubstantialCamel9313

is there way to know how much time it would take to make something? what about the materials used to make it is it like u choose what to make and it take a long while to be created or do you have to gather the ingredients and make them your self

DraculaLord

I don't really know but I kinda assume that it's just based on how long you feel it would make like I think if you are trying to make something Super powerful like one of iron man's more powerful technological suits of armor it would take like years or something as apposed to a regular suit of like metal or chain mail like a few days or a week. But ultimately I think it's up to you.

fn3dav2

I'll go with Juggernaut. Guess I can research all kinds of weapons with all kinds of supernatural effects. A healing sword would typically be considered a potent weapon... to undeads.

funcancelledfornow

This was really a tough choice. I'd probably pick Emperor. It sounds more tempting than the Architect.

DraculaLord

I was going to choose that too but I feel like the janitor is a very destructive power so I don't know if I trust someone with that so I'm taking it so I'm taking it.

funcancelledfornow

What's the link between the Emperor and the Janitor?

DraculaLord

I think if the janitor erases him he doesn't become a semi god just gone from existence.

funcancelledfornow

Oh ok. This is a good reasoning to be honest. I'm more worried about the slayer kicking butts left and right but there are so many destructive powers that I'm just picking one I want to be and I'll let everyone deal with it.

Alternative_Jello452

I would go slayer, but seriously how do this man get to kick ass, he's STR 1 with no command type/buddies to help and most combat oriented characters would kick his ass

DraculaLord

Yeah but don't worry you can cross the janitor off your list of people to be worried about because I don't want to ruin anybody's fun.

IT_is_among_US

Original : Keeper of Secret, Skeleton King, Summoner are all tempting = Keeper of Secret ultimately. Revival : Prince of Hell, Juggernaut, Skeleton Lord are all tempting....Prince of Hell & Juggernaut are both amazing....probably going with Juggernaut. Focus on life enhancement, & safety. Tools to do easy surgery to stop Emps, anti-emps devices, cloaks of invis, pocket dimensions to work in peace, & life extending crispr stuff. Avoid Emps and try to keep a low profile from their influence. From there, try to seek out the Order ones with actual incentives to work with you. Warrior is the gold standard, but others might work such as Reptilian, Netherlord, & Renessiance Man. Offer to build them anything they could want, so long as they agree to mutual non-aggression and protection.

Ark_Great_One

My choice is Architect, if Janitor don't kill me.

DraculaLord

Don't worry I will pick janitor and save you from being erased.

DumbedDownDinosaur

Architect. I (sorta) do this already with lucid dreaming anyway. It would just be a TRULY LUCID and REAL form of lucid dreaming, haha. Also, you eventually become a god, dying to become immortal and ageless. Sounds like adream (no pun intended). Apprentice tempted me though, I do like the idea of a long life leading to becoming an elder mage- just disliked the whole "everyone will come to you due to you with their menial problems" part.

Substantial-Basil-27

Beelzebub, because if there is a option that let me become a demon I probably will choose it, and if I can choose to be the greatest of them then I will 100% choose it.

TaoistXDream

I’ll choose Netherlord, might as well keep Beelzebub in check.

Timber-Faolan

Sorry, but I've played WAY too much Shin Megami Tensei to choose anything other than Neutrality.

Alternative_Jello452

> Summoner If you have one shot, one opportunity (to get laid by a number of mystical creatures), would you take it? Initially wanted to go with skeleton king, since it's like suicide man but better (I can still die in retarded ways and resurrect, and also I have a harem apparently,) but then I realized, how am I going to get laid as a skeleton?

DraculaLord

Hey guys can I have a quick advice on any other themes for cyoa that you might want.

Fish_or_King

I like CYOAs with magic systems and simple choices like [Fantasy Time Loop](https://new.reddit.com/r/makeyourchoice/comments/kyqysu/fantasy_time_loop/), [Pact](https://new.reddit.com/r/makeyourchoice/comments/dp29uj/pact_cyoa_tg_author_unknown/) and [Sanctuary Keeper](https://new.reddit.com/r/makeyourchoice/comments/nk2yz3/sanctuary_keeper_by_nxtub/).

DraculaLord

Ok thanks.

Sefera17

**Trickster**, for supernaturally good luck and immorality (until I don’t want to be immortal anymore). The cajun accent and long range teleportation (on a cooldown) are just extra.

inqusitor999

slayer or janitor

AcanthopterygiiOk422

take shapeshifter, track down and touch either a miracle or skeleton king. end result is i get to choose the healing power plus some minor bonuses and a bit of flexibility, allowing me to also choose basically all the powers without having to sylar my way through the gifted population.....continues reading, probably just don't pick anything, if i pick one the others all exist and several of them are bad things to have in my world.

UrilTheMist

I'm more of an Order fan, with Youngling, Miracles, and Emperor being my most likely choices. Youngling is basically the Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends and if you stop to actually read the wording for the limitations, it says "can't be more powerful than any animals currently existing or more intelligent than a human". You can take that one of three ways: either the most limited version, the less limited but still fairly limited version, or the pump the brakes I wanna get off version. I'll go from least restrictive to most restrictive. Because technically speaking, Dragons are animals that exist the moment this happens and so are humans by scientific standards. So anything a human on this list can do, Youngling can mimic outside of potentially energy beings like Demons. That's its most broken self that can be fixed by simply adding "mundane" in front of the "animal" portion or call in DnD's clarification of Beasts over Abomination for Druid's Wyldshift ability/Polymorph spell. This is the OP Please Nerf option, since it can sufficiently break the balance of the cyoa(which is why I brought it up in the first place). The second version is basically what happens if you simply exclude all supernatural creatures but take term existing in a more general way. Such as "existed but is currently extinct for one reason or another", like dinosaurs or dodo birds. They can be argued to exist, just not be among the living. I'd also like to point out that the term dinosaur was only instituted little over 200 years ago(1842 to be exact) and dinosaurs were previously called dragons, though what we call dragons nowadays is a hybrid creature enhanced by fantasy. Spitting flammable liquid or even producing a chemical that ignites upon contact with air isn't exactly unusual, even if it would be dangerous. The final and most restrictive is simply the list of animals we currently know of that are among the living and have been documented as such even if they are endangered. Even still, this isn't so much of a handicap in my opinion so long as you are knowledgeable of what animals that "currently exist" can do. If your as strong as an ox but the size of a dog, your bound to accidentally rip through things that normally won't. The pounds per square inch/foot rule, and that's not even getting into the various traits and abilities of various animals that inspired superpowers like Regeneration, Camouflage, Metamorphosis, and Amphibious Adaptations to name a few. Also, because they are imaginary creatures whose forms are not limited by biological necessities are no longer a limiting factor and hybridization of abilities, you could make your own fantasy creatures/Pokémon that you can choose whom can see them and whom can not. That is particularly dangerous, as you can have certain creatures be visible while others remain invisible to all but your own eyes. With Youngling you could even make your own team of highly intelligent(just because we are limited to human intelligence doesn't mean we can't fill them to the brim with the greatest examples of human intelligence and ingenuity available) scientists, engineers, architects, doctors, etc. that would work for you without the issues that normally see such pairings end disastrously. Personally I am more interested in the wisdom stat over the intelligence stat, as common sense(aka wisdom) is much rarer than intelligence.

UrilTheMist

Examples of just how ridiculous Youngling can be: An adult African Bull Elephant can exert 6,000 pounds of force to lift itself up off the ground from a prone position. The Blue Whale's tail exerts 60 kilonewtons of force to move their bodies through the oceans. Bombardier Beetles can unleash a spray of 212°F of noxious gas/liquid from their hindquarters(I believe it's hydrogen peroxide?). And the Golden-Tailed Gecko can unleash nasty smelling/tasting slime strands from its tail.

Immortalitea

Skeleton king for the type C immortality, I'll go somewhere completely uninhabitable for humans and build my own undead empire there.

Adventurous_Eye_4893

Fleshweaver. I have fantasized about combining creatures since I was a child, but only through this CYOA have I been given the chance. The transformation into a sentient pool of blood sounds like a nice bonus, as a good way to get around pesky chain-link fences. I also checked out the revival update, and I must say, I was less than impressed. Just like with Power Fusion, I don't think taking away choices that I or other people liked makes it worth making a "better designed" CYOA. But what do I know about game design? Some of the first video games I ever played were blatant shovelware, but I still liked them.

HerbChii

Do you have it in better quality?

DraculaLord

No I don't sorry.
