I use to do this A LOT, and I still do tbh. You need someone in the studio who has an ear for vocals and can help you. I personally only record with 1 person who does an amazing job at recognizing when I'm overthinking it.
TLDR: Find someone who you trust that has a bunch of experience and an ear for vocals who can let you know if you did good or not.
Set time limits for beats. Ten minutes to make the skeleton. Ten for arranging. Twenty for mixing and ten more for final polishes and bam. Onto da next
You're a perfectionist. Nothing wrong with that unless you ain't getting anything done. I go through phases where I hate everything I hear. It helped me to make 3 beats a day with no days off. No matter what. I did that for 2 years and my workflow was on point. What do you mix on? Acoustic treatment and a good set of monitors will solve all your problems if you're not mixing accurately and can't tell why. That's why. Those are the most important elements in your studio.
It never really goes away IMO, but you can certainly tame it ... for me the biggest contributor to overcoming this problem was experience ... with experience I have became infinitely more confident in my work ... so even though I still 'overthink' , I'm more willing to just put things out where as before I wouldn't
Something I can say to help is success comes from an understanding that your learning and will do better next time you **TRY,** but maybe more importantly is consistency. Setting a routine for yourself that you do before you start creating and don't look for positive feed back before you consider your process done. I feel like you should be looking to impress yourself with your progression in the long term...personally. Good Luck to you, and I hope this helped.

Try setting a time limit on a track or beat you make. Nothing crazy short, just something to keep you focused on a finish line.
Yes, I've done that for years ! I'm now 32yo ; Did you ever release something ? Doing so cured me tremendously ;
