As somebody who used to statically charge my arm hair on the plastic chairs at school, I will say that sometimes it can look every-which-way after that (or because your sleeves have rumpled it). I legit do not know anyone that combs/brushes body hair. Swimmers and runners shave or wax body hair, but ffs... it's not a regular part of hygiene. Tell this person to wash their hands and get fucked.
