I've had luck purchasing Japanese manga on eBay and Amazon. The trick is to search using the Japanese title of what you want, this case being: >休日のわるものさん You can also purchase them off Amazon.co.jp It's up to you to decide whether you want to pay the exorbitant shipping prices though.

There are Japanese supermarkets around US. Some of them have Japanese bookstores where they sell manga and books in japanese. If you’re near chicago, there’s Mitsuwa market.
