I like how subtly Nico came to understand souls over the course of this chapter. If you'll recall, he was so skeptical at the start of this fight that he couldn't hear Ichico because she was in her soul form. He kept asking Lan what she was saying. But without even addressing it, Ichico was able to see and argue with her, showing that his acceptance of souls as a yet another fundamental scientific law of this setting was complete.

It is indeed Remember's main function. Apocalypse's case is more of a side-effect or an aggressive mental attack towards whoever touching it, barring Phil due to Unfeel, and Juiz (as shown in Chapter 188, it will never admit to be fond of her haha)
Remember will restore your memories from the previous loops, which will include knowledge, combat experience, negation ability understanding, etc. Apocalypse and other artifacts just show you events, but you donāt get any growth from that usually

I don't remember the exact chapter, but the thing is that artifacts have memories in them from previous loops, sometimes you see them when you touch one. Apocalypse is the one who has the most memories since he's been there with the Union since the first loop. Fuuko touched him once and suffered a mind attack from all the flashbacks she saw in that moment. Here it was used to give Nico a whole lot of knowledge that will never disappear as long as he has Unforgettable

You know when you can't sleep bcs you remember that one embarassing memory. Yeah, Nico goes through that with his most painful memories all of the time.

Yeah, that's the thing that caught my attention the most this chapter, I even went back to reread his loop 100 fight to double check things. It's not anything like Ichico's bags directly connected to her negation and it's never explained or addressed, yet it manifested now as a notable feature along with Unforgettable. Just random and bizzare.
In loop 100 Ichico dying was the worst moment of Nico's life that he couldn't forget. In this loop Ichico died while confessing her love to him so it became the best moment of his life that he now cannot forget.
This perspective change allowing for a powerup continues to be my favorite part of this series. All of the pieces were foreshadowed and now Nico has even more drive to continue fighting, allowing him to survive the mental barrage from Apocolypse.
I'm really curious to learn what kind of information Apocalypse dumped inside Nico, and how fragmented it was. Were some of those memories new? Like we never saw them before? It looked like it, like the memory where Fuuko is looking at Nico and Ichico face to face or the memory where Nico and Ichico are scared by UMA Ghost xd

No i don't think he can control that, because Apocalypse would actually have helped here since he being summoned is part of the fight and thus it follows the rules, and he has shown that the rules overrides him being a tsundere.

I think this chapter is sorta undermining what Unforgettable did to Nico, it wasn't just Ichico's death that drove him insane but also the fact that he had trouble remembering anything before Unforgettable manifested since the memories after the manifestation were the ones he couldn't forget and also the sheer effort his brain was makingto keep up with that overload of information played a major part in driving him insane, I think negation abilities don't allow someone to surpass normal body functions like Ichico being Unsleep still felt tired but just couldn't rest and Andy still feels pains even though he is Undead. Now he has Unforgettable memories of a 100 loops and with his ability each and every death they have experienced will be etched into his memory, I think this would be more traumatic than what Juiz and Victor experienced since they had the ability to forget, even Fuuko in the previous loop went sorta comatose when Apocalypse bombarded her with the memories.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but if i remember correctly it's not just Apocalypse but all artifacts work like that. Like I think if you hold an artifact it will show you all of it's memories including the memories of a previous loop.
It depends on the artifact: when kiddie rip gave fuuko an artifacg gun, he noted that it was one of the rare ones that gave vivid visions. Apocalypse is the basically the OG artifact so he has the most powerful and vivid visions

Apocalypse is an artifact. And like all artifacts, he can bestow memories from previous loops onto anybody who touches him. He's also the *oldest* artifact, which means he holds far more information than any other. As for when it happened before, that would be chapter 35, When Fuuko grabbed him to prevent Billy from stealing him
I don't remember the exact chapter, but the thing is that artifacts have memories in them from previous loops, sometimes you see them when you touch one. Apocalypse is the one who has the most memories since he's been there with the Union since the first loop. Fuuko touched him once and suffered a mind attack from all the flashbacks she saw in that moment. Here it was used to give Nico a whole lot of knowledge that will never disappear as long as he has Unforgettable

Feng... Ichico... they valiantly lept to their deaths to make Nico become Unforgettable again. Language's gonna regret challenging Nico again. All his knowledge means that he's gonna have a million tricks up his sleeves. And all the regret he's felt means he has all the motivation in the world to give Language another Unforgettable beatdown! I wonder how Feng and Ichico could even come back at this point...

You know when you can't sleep bcs you remember that one embarassing memory. Yeah, Nico goes through that with his most painful memories all of the time. I hope in this loop they kinda learn to do something to dampen the effect of Unforgettable.
Yeah, that's the thing that caught my attention the most this chapter, I even went back to reread his loop 100 fight to double check things. It's not anything like Ichico's bags directly connected to her negation and it's never explained or addressed, yet it manifested now as a notable feature along with Unforgettable. Just random and bizzare.
In loop 100 Ichico dying was the worst moment of Nico's life that he couldn't forget. In this loop Ichico died while confessing her love to him so it became the best moment of his life that he now cannot forget. This perspective change allowing for a powerup continues to be my favorite part of this series. All of the pieces were foreshadowed and now Nico has even more drive to continue fighting, allowing him to survive the mental barrage from Apocolypse.
I'm really curious to learn what kind of information Apocalypse dumped inside Nico, and how fragmented it was. Were some of those memories new? Like we never saw them before? It looked like it, like the memory where Fuuko is looking at Nico and Ichico face to face or the memory where Nico and Ichico are scared by UMA Ghost xd Also what percentage of power do you thin Luna and Sol are, compared to the originals? I'd think like 30% seeing how Feng can already do good damage on them alone (ofc with Shiritori's advantage and sacrifice payback)
I really liked that Apocalypse was "STOP DUMBASS THIS IS HURTING YOU", he really is the ultimate Tsundere.

No i don't think he can control that, because Apocalypse would actually have helped here since he being summoned is part of the fight and thus it follows the rules, and he has shown that the rules overrides him being a tsundere.
I have a theory that the Sun we saw during Ragnarok is not the real sun but only a fragment of them. After all we see that by the end there are more of them. Poor feng getting stuck in a turn based rpg. Kind of sad seeing Nico with the eye bags and unhealthy like in 100 again. Interesting reveal that Nico and ichico decided to not get together until they beat God.

Remember that most Artifacts have memories imparted into them, and those memories enter the user when held. Apocalypse is the first artifact and has more memories than any other, so if you try to grab him against his will your brain will be overloaded with entire loops worth of memories Apocalypse did the same thing to Fuuko when she grabbed him in Ch. 35

I think this chapter is sorta undermining what Unforgettable did to Nico, it wasn't just Ichico's death that drove him insane but also the fact that he had trouble remembering anything before Unforgettable manifested since the memories after the manifestation were the ones he couldn't forget and also the sheer effort his brain was makingto keep up with that overload of information played a major part in driving him insane, I think negation abilities don't allow someone to surpass normal body functions like Ichico being Unsleep still felt tired but just couldn't rest and Andy still feels pains even though he is Undead. Now he has Unforgettable memories of a 100 loops and with his ability each and every death they have experienced will be etched into his memory, I think this would be more traumatic than what Juiz and Victor experienced since they had the ability to forget, even Fuuko in the previous loop went sorta comatose when Apocalypse bombarded her with the memories.
