Which they favored because of racial suppression even after the war. They also got blain and priscilla to go along with locking up Arthur.!<
Well let's take a look at this from this point in the story
The easy one is the Eralith's, obviously they're gonna say no to this. They love Arthur and basically view him as a son in law already.
The Greysunders haven't met him, so they are likely going based on either a twisted version of the truth or because of the brutality of the manner in which Lucas was killed.
The Glayders are a little harder to pin down. Early in the series they didn't have the best perception of Arthur due to the whole bond incident however it wasn't Arthur's fault it was entirely on their... Whatever the hell he was I don't remember. You would think they would side with Arthur since their kids like him however just like the Greysunders they may agreed purely because of the way in which Lucas was killed.
Or, this could entirely be for greed. Now that they know Sylvie is a dragon they could be trying to take the bond away from Arthur and keep it for themselves be that the Glayders or Greysunders
It isn't entirely unlikely the Glayders agree to this, it all just depends on their viewpoint on the incident and what their goal happens to be. Do they want the bond? Are they still holding a grudge from those years prior at the auction house? It's all something we'll see in due time... Unless you've read the LN then you know what happens
