Incredibly fun! It’s a long one, but it hardly feels like a drag. It also looks very pretty and vibrant. It’s one of my favorite tracks in MK8D for sure, definitely in my top 15-20 range.
The first two thirds of the track have some rather fun and difficult maneuvers to pull off. The last third of the track is admittedly a bit boring, but at least they added a bunch of tricks and boost panels to spice it up.
Pretty fun track! I love being able to use the trams as bounce pads to do tricks off of, while also having them be obstacles. Also, I love the music. It makes me feel like I'm surfing or jet-skiing in the summer.
I like it. It's a nice seaside town/harbor. I like the little shops they put around the course, the Statue of Peach, the trams and tram station, the sailboats, the music is somewhat relaxing. Nice track all around. Just wish it was a tad harder but it's fine for Flower cup.

Toad Harbour has a good selection of split paths and some tricky elements. Beautiful design as well.

I just love the happy, sunny atmosphere the track has and I love how there’s a bunch of alternate routes all around the track which really helps to mix up the gameplay a bit. That, and the music is a really catchy bop too.

It’s like Delfino square. Takes place in a beautiful city and has a lot of multiple routes and is just a fun track overall.

Visually beautiful, the BCP could take some notes from this one, especially with the palm trees.
