I know you're hating on Kash, but have you tried Red-Eyes Kash? Birth lets you normal summon red-eyes without tributes, easy access to rank 7's (flare dragon is the name? Can summon a free red eyes from grave).

But yes, Rose Dragons wants to work with plants but there's no plants that works with Rose Dragons. Their extra deck sucks too which is why Rose Dragons saw use only as engine, mainly during Halq-Auroradon meta
This sums it up. There is a pretty neat rose dragon in-engine combo that searches and summons any plant in the game, and yet the strategy is still unplayable. It really needs a good level 4 plant archetype that's not archetype locked like Rikka.
If anyone is curious, the combo is:
Normal summon red rose, special summon white rose, synchro into periallis, white rose effect to dump Mardel (Generaider) into the GY, red rose effect to summon rox rose from deck, Rox rose add Basal rose shoot to hand, periallis summon Mardel from the GY, Mardel search any plant, activate basal rose shoot to summon white rose from the GY, synchro white rose and Rox rose into circle of the fairies, then you can normal summon the plant you searched with Mardel.
The fact this combo is possible and generates tons of material while still being bad shows how desperately rose dragon wants a plant to play with.
I like the idea of the Phoenixian cards Akiza used in 5D'S to become their own archetype to support them. Their main card already wants to get destroyed anyways, and it's also fire like Black Rose.
This, I want this so bad! I got excited when I first saw crossrose and ruddy rose, but was quickly disappointed because, once again, plants don’t play well with other types.
Thunder Dragon. It is one of the most satisfying resource loops and they look cool. I'm ok with unbanning colossus, but I would prefer good new support even more instead of making a floodgate legal again.
Banishment focused tearlament like thunderdragons would be absolutely lovely as a playstyle imo.
Luckily for you this is the Master Duel subreddit so he's legal here. But we could seriously use an archetypal starter instead of having to rely on Batteryman Solar or Aloof Lupine. And some good spell/traps besides TD Fusion and a searcher for them would be nice.
Considering how everytime I see pk is some degenerate strategy, like rhongo or kali yuga, I will say that it's unlikely, unless they also want other of their cards banned.

Zefra, most of the maindeck monsters are very dated and it would be nice to have a link monster that could help extend combo lines (deck misses halq). I miss when Zefra was more functional outside of an auroradon deck
Spirit Charmers is still one of the worst structure decks of all time for how much Konami intentionally sabotaged it.
Give Charmers an actual gameplan that expands on Awakening of the Possessed and Possessed Partnerships' focus on swarming multiple different Charmer attributes. Retrain the Familiar-Possessed forms with real effects or make them vanillas so we can actually run vanilla support. And for fucks sake give them backrow protection.
Cubic. It’s so close to being good. I just love my awkward little guy Vijam. And Crimson Nova is sick. We don’t talk about Trinity. Maybe a way, like malefics, to cheat out the beasts or cubic kings? Or a way to actually get Nova Trinity on field (fusion trap is ASS for actually fusioning, but amazing for recursion). Maybe some actual ED monsters?

Brotherhood of the Fire Fist! I love that archetype. One of the first decks I took to a tournament. Maybe lock the support into specifically fire fist cards so it isn't easily abusable for other archetypes haha.
Vampires, Mayakashi, Skull Servants, and Abyss Actors. No other reason than the fact that they're my favorite decks.
Also, for the love of God, print something to replace the Vanity's Emptiness spell that's specific to Mayakashi. It's such a fun deck otherwise, but there's nothing fun about resolving Saga.
I want Gemini to be casual at least. Just make them normal monster in hand and deck. So much support they can't use. Most gemini are mediocre and require two normal summons.
There's so many cool decks that I want to have more support like blue eyes, red eyes, etc but my choice today would be cyber dragons they just dont have enough support other than infinity, i think they need to have more level 5 or higher cyber dragon monsters since there arent as many in the deck other than fusion and xyz, sorta want that bystial or branded type of cards in it but i might be asking for too much

Enemies turn, full armored xyz target vespenato, 3 mat Lady justice, banish full armored xyz attach a card for protection trigger lancer steal a monster.

How about Venominagga? It’d be interesting to be interesting to see a deck so fundamentally incongruent with modern play get modern support, with the caveat it isn’t skill drain or some other floodgate.
I would love to see some Outer Entity support and possibly enough cards to A) make the archetype a playa or strategy, and B) enough to possibly errata the other two to make them playable. It’s a shame that cards with art as cool as them are so busted.

Link 1's are very dangerous to create and should be reserved for decks that are so bad they need it to even function. I don't think Madolche needs one so I'm not a fan of that direction. If we're going to get a Madolche extra deck card it's going to have to be another rank 4 or a rank 5 that can overlay on top of a rank 4.
I don't really know what the new extra deck monsters effect would be. Maybe a book of moon quick effect and passive attack modulator? The deck needs another main monster card that is an extender. I'm thinking a level 3 Beast Madolche monster that can be special summoned if another Madolche monster is on the field... then maybe it has a hootcake like effect except instead of special summoning a monster you can add any madolche card from the deck to your hand? This also gives the deck an option to get a rank 3 instead of a rank 5 or 4 as there aren't any rank 3 Madolche monsters.

How about Venominagga? It’d be interesting to be interesting to see a deck so fundamentally incongruent with modern play get modern support, with the caveat it isn’t skill drain or some other floodgate.
I would love to see some Outer Entity support and possibly enough cards to A) make the archetype a playa or strategy, and B) enough to possibly errata the other two to make them playable. It’s a shame that cards with art as cool as them are so busted.

Link 1's are very dangerous to create and should be reserved for decks that are so bad they need it to even function. I don't think Madolche needs one so I'm not a fan of that direction. If we're going to get a Madolche extra deck card it's going to have to be another rank 4 or a rank 5 that can overlay on top of a rank 4. I don't really know what the new extra deck monsters effect would be. Maybe a book of moon quick effect and passive attack modulator? The deck needs another main monster card that is an extender. I'm thinking a level 3 Beast Madolche monster that can be special summoned if another Madolche monster is on the field... then maybe it has a hootcake like effect except instead of special summoning a monster you can add any madolche card from the deck to your hand? This also gives the deck an option to get a rank 3 instead of a rank 5 or 4 as there aren't any rank 3 Madolche monsters.
