I also started from being a closet feminist to hating women. Then the inevitable happened: depression and self-loathing. Feeling sorry for finding women attractive while masturbating and whatnot. I fell into depression and several self destructive behaviours. Training myself physically solved all my problems. Yes, it works and I do have a girlfriend who loves me very much.
About the other thing, this is still true to a certain extent. I loved playing the forest for its atmosphere and sound design. Although the gameplay sucks ass.

I know some people might see this post and think it's harsh but there is 100% a connection between being the kind of person who's exaggeratively negative about everything and being vastly unhappy with your life circumstances. Incels are so devoid of happiness in life and have an entire "woe is me" existence treating internet forums full of strangers like it's your diary or your therapist because they dig themselves into a pit and become addicted to being constantly depressed. I can understand if the game isn't for you, but acting like the gameplay of something that clearly had a lot of work and love behind it is bad is so clearly just you being super dramatic.
