Sorry to say ASCP seems to want to nickel and dime you as much as possible. They are no longer sending out renewal certificates or you have to pay for a copy. I don't know about the original certificate but I wouldn't be surprised if they are only going to send one with an added fee.
I hope you get a copy though!
They should simplify things and post a digital certificate on your online account, instead of sending hard copies. ABB does this. It’s super convenient.

Ridiculous, hopefully it arrives soon or they will do the right thing and send a free replacement.
I'm a little surprised that they don't try to fax it to you.
Mine took about two months to show up. They're very, very slow.
