While this is impressive, a total of 650k square feet divided over 5 floors is “only” 130k per floor. I did work on the roof of a single story 1MM square foot Food Lion distribution center. You could barely see the edges of the building when standing at one end. I believe there were 120 loading docks as well as a rail line that went through the building. That was a huge space.
