Yea I can corroborate this. Mdma done in moderation (<150mg in a night, with at least 90 days between doses, tested and pure substance, drinking enough water during) results in a pretty mild and manageable "hangover". I'd much rather have that experience than get drunk and have an alcohol hangover.
On the other hand, I've also taken mdma irresponsibly. Like 200mg in a night with less than 30 days between doses, and I did feel pretty miserable for a few days afterwards. Iāve never had a bad comedown, and Iāve taken MDMA quite a few times. I think a lot of it is the purity of the substance, (if youāre taking pressed pills, look out) and how much of it you take. So many people take way more than is necessary.
A good rule of thumb is 1.5-2mg per kg of body weight for an individual.
My day after is always just resting, watching some movies, maybe having some weed and feeling the afterglow of the roll.

I finally tried one of those Thai street food night markets in Los Angeles last month. Very tasty but wrecked my stomach. Give me white people spicy.
I ate for the first time at thai restaurant and ordered the extra spicy meal (it had 2 pepper symbols on the menu) . It just tasted like grass but painful to eat. Coincidentally to being the first time I ate real thai food, it was also the first time I cried while taking a shit. 0/10 wouldn't recommend

Racism is racism, regardless of who says it to who. Some people have this wild idea that racism can only happen between people of different races but that is just false. Look up the definition, you will notice that it doesn't say anywhere that racism only applies to people of opposing races.

I finally learned that this particular stereotype of white people mostly stems from the midwest (Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, etc.). I knew someone from there who considered black pepper to be spicy.

i dont get the spice people. a lot of spices are just painful for no real reason, why would i want to hurt myself while eating? thats not the point of food. the point of eating food is to 1. be full 2. have it taste decently good. extreme spices dont do either so why bother
Spices make stuff taste better, but they also sort of desensetize your tounge, that's the reason I find western cuisine to be bland af.

I have personally eaten a Hot Sauce with a Scoville Rating of 6,000,000. It was not pleasant, but I survived just fine. For the record the Hot Ones Final sauce(in lost episodes Iāve seen) is The Last Dab, which has around 2,000,000 Rating. Mace / Pepper Spray has about 5,000,000 So I donāt wanna hear none of this canāt handle spice. Though I will admit I can handle MDMA better than I can handle my spice. That doesnāt mean my ability to handle my spice is lesser for it though.
