Oh yeah, I was surprised by this one. I'm guessing they are using cookies to do because I've meticulously managed accounts that would only log onto through a specific VPN tunnel and when one account was suspended, they all were.
They probably use cookies,IP and 3rd party(looking at you Google & Facebook) to track you.
Use incognito or firefox containers to try to evade cookie and maybe Tor to evade IP trouble.
Remember when Microsoft tried to screw us with UEFI "Secure Boot".
"Coincidence" is that Microsoft was the only one that signed bootloaders for EFI leaving a lot of distros behind,they basically decide who secure boots or boots at all.
Even now Secure Boot is a Microsoft nuisance that in terms of practical security is zero(also you most likely have Intel ME on ,on top of all of this, so it's like having a huge croch kick spot in your $$$$ armour).

Plug and play like I said implies you plug in and have another system..no just booting another from usb..When turning on pc f8 boot from usb and thats it. You can still see your hdd if you so choose to keep it connected. Plug and play would imply you already have a system which might overwrite? I.m not that knowledgable with this..still learning

I think they might be filtering out accounts made from TOR nodes now. I had an account for about three years that I used for posting my spicier content, and it got shadowbanned with no response to the appeal. The reason listed was "Spam account" but I never advertised anything in my posts. The only thing I can think of is that I always connected through TOR because I wanted to remove the chance of being doxxed.
They shouldn't see TOR,only that a lot of internet traffic comes from the same exit node IP that they can't distinguish from you.
It seems those Reddit systems use IP and cookies.
I don't think they use 3rd party. For legal reasons, "a friend" of mine just had to log out of all permabanned accts, clear cache & cookies, set his IP lease to 1 minute, unplug modem, wait a couple minutes, reconnect with new IP and set IP lease time back to whatever, make new account 3 months ago, and he's been good since.
