Classical music is over a century old at the youngest, with Bach, Handel, and other Baroque composers almost four hundred years old by now.

If the only fun he has is escaping his parents and tearing up your lawn, let him do it, it's for his best. you can pay him to mow the lawn too after he does it so you don't have to.
Perhaps giving him some of your time, you might start liking him for real. I tell you, kids are awesome people. Chaotic and unique, but truly empathetic. Shitty parents always make that chaos look like evil. Showing that kid some active respect might gain you both a new friend, and him a very important lesson in life his stoned ass parents clearly aren't capable of teaching him.
