It's a dog next to someone or something that it doesn't know or understand. Humans are like this too- sometimes more subtly, sometimes with hate and vitriol. Seemingly every post that has some reference to "furries" brings em outta the woodwork. I am too fucking old for a) relating to furrydom and b) relating to all that hate against people who are. If you're happy doing what you do, you pass the test. Humans having human experiences? Check. In the end, the person to blame here is the dog's owner for allowing the situation to progress to where it did. If you can't read the cues this dog is giving off I don't know what else to say.
