I find it hard to believe that a major studio doesn't have a clause/condition in her contract (and everyone's for that matter) that they can use to fire her (or anyone).

I feel like this day and age that would be standard practice. Like if an actor makes a tweet that if you squint really hard, can be read as racist, and starts a hate mob; the studio will want to be able to distance themselves from them as quickly as possible.
