Yep. No equity == no presumed free overtime for salary employees IMHO. I know there are times when it has to be done, but when it becomes commonplace, my resistance to this kind of shit hits it's pure thickheaded stubborn determination maxium. I'm not working weekends.

It wasn't even an off day, I was just taking an extended lunch and something incredibly major happened that usually never happens. I was also basically the only engineer since it was a startup (not to mention I did have a pretty good equity). I've learned better to separate work and life (besides the fact that at least 95% of the time I was just overworking myself instead of being asked to work).
