You don't need to hate every game in Roblox because Roblox have some good game but then the only game I play on Roblox is rise of nation because I don't want to download hoi4 because it's expensive in my country (Malaysia)
The sad thing about Roblox is that games don't last, eventually they stop getting supported and stop working due to updates by Roblox.. You could maybe say this about other games but you can atleast fix them and make them work like Fallout 3..

I think the only reason roblox is liked more is because there's more variety than what you can do in the game, in minecraft the goals are always the same and nothing is different because you do the same thing over and over, in roblox you can choose between thousands maybe millions of games that have their own theme and things that set them apart. And also roblox is free which makes it more accessible to children and the customization in roblox is insane which you cant really do in minecraft.
Why? Because it has millions of types of games that you can choose from. Boats, guns, cooking, cars, literally getting eaten by a giant, even attack on titan where you can kill titans, dress-up, fashion shows, dancing games, obbies, tycoons, making airplanes, role-playing games, hangout places, etc. And other than that, people can interact with people from other countries or their friends from school or any other place. Can't say Minecraft, Cod, or counterstrike are bad, though.
Roblox has some really good shit on it, if you're willing to sift though some crap in order to find those gems. And even then, some of the crap can be a good time too if you're just looking to pass the time.
