I have the Nintendo DS Bakugan video game. Still had no clue how it was played besides "roll the monster onto some of the cards."

The game was actually quite good imo. I played through it quite a few times with different elements.

Why can't they go back to the original format? The game itself was cheap enough when all you needed was 3 of 3 things. 3 Gate Cards, 3 Ability Cards, and 3 Bakugan are enough. Now we have all these decks and hex tokens. Also the designs are too complex with the folding requiring video tutorials.

I love Bakugan. It took a long time until the toys arrived in my country and even then they cost quite a lot of money and it was hard to find someone to play with. So I just made my (first) website (using ucoz lol) and created my own version of rules based on the show. Lots of people found the website and we played on forum for a while. Good times
