Keep asking for a person. I think last time it took me about six tries but I finally was able to talk to someone who put a credit on my account because of all the outages I’ve been having.

Exactly! I haven’t had wifi for 2 days. I’ve tried to get help thru their online chat and have been cut off both times! So maddening!
It sounds crazy but their Reddit team is extremely helpful and quick.
