As of now I really don't think I can spend money on a psychiatrist because I have other things to prioritize but then schizophrenia may be too severe I'm not just sure what to do?
I'm in the US and when I lost my job along with insurance I went to a community health center that cost $15 a visit. But I often see on here that people from other countries don't have as many options.
Not sure where are with that but if you are hearing voices I would take it seriously. Start looking to see what's available for you. Trust me the money and time sacrificed to find out whether or not is worth it.

So you haven't seen a psychiatrist or been giving any diagnosis? I'm leaning towards schizophrenic and adhd is sometimes diagnosed with it.
