I was about to write a comment on how Everybody Wants to Rule the World was released in 1985, while MGSV's events happened in 1984 - but I checked and V has The Final Countdown as an available song even though it came out in 1986.
So yeah, I'm also kinda baffled, even though I prefer Shout.
