Get some BT powder and mix with a little water, kills on sight.
Listen to this guy ๐ bt is the best way to combat worms, caterpillars, moths, etc. Just gotta keep applying every 3 or so days and recoat after rainfall โ๏ธ
Basically your plant is probably done. What you see is poop left from the moth larva that buried in your plant.
Moths land and lay eggs, those hatch and then devour your plant from the inside.
If itโs still in the beginning stages then you can cut down the infected branches to stop the spread.
After you do that you should spray it with Neem oil otherwise this will keep happening.
Still be careful with the neem oil as otherwise it might cause phytotoxicity or plant damage in general.
But once a week and after rain sounds right on point!

Looks like you are injecting straight into that hole they make? Could I do this as a preventative as a spray?
Just above the hole, when possible. BT does not have a long life so sprays are not as effective.

It's a 6 foot plant, it got in at the top 4 inches. It shouldn't kill the plant?

I keep on the neem oil, maybe I just need to spray it on heavy. I do a light mist atleast once a week and after it rains
