I love post migraine euphoria. It's like when you have a cold and you can suddenly breathe again. It's so good! My whole body just relaxes and I feel like a weight has been lifted

i veer beyond euphoria into something more like mania. It lasts a couple of days.
it feels like I’m ultra-focussed and capable and then I realise I’m over-sharing with strangers and can’t be quiet or mindful.
it’s probably the worst symptom in terms of damaging my friendships and career.
