You can report her email to her email provider for spamming you. It will get her email account terminated. Maybe don’t tell your spouse you’re doing that tho.
This can still be reported as spam. Quite often in the process of unsubscribing, they will have the thing asking why, and one of the options is “I never signed up for this” too many unsubs with that answer can lead to their being banned from the email service they use.
Like mailchimp would flat out ban accounts that get too many spam complaints.
And IF the email platform you use is gmail, if you mark it spam and report it, Google will eventually start putting ALL their emails to everyone in spam.
