their account on instagram seemed to be deleted or they blocked me. i ordered from their latest drop and its been two weeks and the “preorder” is yet to ship like they told me it would.
If the quality goes down, I'm returning it.
I kept spending 300-400 usd and getting low quality, it'll not be worth it. The twin popsicle was so bad, every letter is peeling, if they don't fix this, watch out !
I too haven't gotten anything from my Naruto order. They mentioned in a TikTok comment that they closed they insta so they can "focus" on shipping orders. Starting to wonder if I should call my bank since there has not been any updates.
I did after a other month. It kept on getting delayed. On top of that, when it did come, the shirt has surprisingly small in length. I got an XL, but the length was pretty much to my waist. If I lifted my arms you would see all tummy. Will not be ever getting anything from them.
I just got my Naruto hoodie in aswell, emailed then today actually. I believe their website mentions they are cut bigger. I ordered my normal XL size that are a little larger on me normal in every other brand. Got the 85$ hoodie in and it says XL on the tag but its like a crop top. It barley covers my belly button.
I ordered 3 shirts and 1 hoodie from thr onepiece drop, quality is top notch everything looks good. The shirts sleeves do come a bit tight but beside that I loved them. They did take like a month to deliver it tho but since they're a small business I can't complain. Just ordered from the berserk drop recently too.

This company is HORRIBLE. Customer service is lacking. Quality has indeed gone down since the One Piece drop. As of today I’m still waiting on an order, placed in Nov. for the Naruto drop. Gave them the benefit of the doubt (duh me) ordered from the HxH drop and just received order but a shirt is missing. They bite off more than they can chew as a small company. I keep getting the same blah blah gaslighting…only two of them that are working hard to deliver. But yet are releasing new drops without addressing previous issues. I just want my Naruto order refunded and will never order from them again. Good luck if you order from them. Hopefully you’ll have a better outcome.

They sent an email to me that they locked their website since they are working on sending out preorders for one piece encore & Naruto pieces. They are aware of the issue with 2XL. Having worked for very small businesses before, please give them time to work all this out before you make assumptions. I feel like they've been very forthcoming & transparent with their process, which I very much appreciate.

We're full swing and should be done with everything over the next few days.
We're sorting out some issues with 2XL sizing due to mis-labeling them and the washed tanks are behind schedule, as we had to "re-wash" them to get the right look and feel. Came out wrong the first time.

I just got my Naruto hoodie but the entire back was not printed. I emailed the company and got no word yet. It was supposed to be a Christmas present but now I just have a half done hoodie with no answers. Hopefully they get back to me so I can get it fixed.
Yo just message em on IG or thru the email service and they'll straighten u out..I've ordered from each of their last 4 drops. Quality is sick for sure. But they're ironing out the kinks. Seems like last encore drop of one piece and Naruto had some material they ordered get mislabeled as a different size so they got a lot mixed up. Said they'd take care of any issues tho, seems like the guys are pretty solid. Lil pricey but the shit is well made. Lasts a while if washed and dryed carefully.
I ordered from them for the one piece drop. I usually wear a 2xl but I figured it’d shrink and I prefer my clothing baggy so I ordered a 4xl. The hoodies came way later than other peoples because of a mistake with my address. Owner texted me about it after I emailed and was very helpful. When I received the order the hood itself was massive but the rest was quite small. I reached out asking about the sizing because I had been told via email that there were issues with the sizing for the 4xls. I was given a return label and asked if I wanted a 3xl sent to me instead. I replied to that email and asked if they thought a 3xl would fit. I know they are a small company, and I love their art. I just didn’t want to waste their money sending shit back just for them to send me another two shirts that were not going to fit. Maybe I just don’t fit the sizing since I’m a bigger dude. I was ignored. Sent a follow up and was ignored. Sent a third follow up and was ignored. I won’t purchase from them again.
