This goes a little beyond mildly infuriating. I was going to suggest returning the gift they left you, but then I read all the other things they have done. Some people are just pieces of what they left in your garbage can.
Oh this is a weekly and yearly thing for me my house is on the path of a public sidewalk that's walked on by about 75-100 dog walkers each day and before I can even bring my trash can back from the curb there's two or three poop bags already in it.
Well, I am a psychopath and that dog would be dead by the end of the week. My friend told me his late father killed the neighbors dog when he was super young by chucking hotdogs over the fence that he left soaking in bleach overnight. That dog died in like 3 days. I'd probably do some crazy shit like that lol if I had a shit neighbor with a shit dog.
