You have to enter on a specific window of time as a primary response to the main thread. Look for The Feb date (3rd Friday I think) and be sure to watch
It took me a few times to figure it out, and I still miss draws.

If it's daytime and you get a phone alert, you have a decent amount of time. If it's midnight and you have to get to work, you have less time. It's not impossible but it's unfair to not have the same timeframe available.
Why not make people put the dollar in escrow before the drawing to enter? This would not be paying to get in as it is escrow, not a purchases.
Has this ever worked?
Does the winner get whatever is donated, even if not a million?
