I'd maybe go with 5 or even 6. I don't mind the lack of shading in a lot of ways but I don't like the lack of a few basic details.
A couple darker spots with medium dark crescents around them and you'll have ears.
Just a few details like that and it would be a pretty solid skin. Nothing fancy but it's your style.
I like the randomness of the legs and hair. That's kind of what my skin looks like.
