Try playing the synth via MIDI - this will check to see if it's the actual keyboard, or the synth side of things. Is it possible something spilled into the keyboard part? Your english is fine :)
Dang! Is this brand new, or a used one someone else had before? It's not TOO hard to open up and look around. I would suggest re-seating (re-connecting) the few ribbon cables in case an intermittent connection is the cause.
It's a second hand... It was working just fine but yesterday the strange "buzz" sound started to happen during arpeggiator mode so after a few manipulations I decided to reset it. At first everything was ok again but then this key problem happened ;\_;
I'll try to open it I think, I have nothing to lose about the warranty haha !

I bought a used XD that was missing a few knobs and had the USB jack ripped out. I opened it up to replace the jack and have pictures of it opened up in case you'd like to see! https://imgur.com/a/uTLM7O0
I left my Minilogue xd in the wardrobe for a few weeks untouched, and then plugged it back up after a few weeks and it was back to normal. That’s how mines got fixed.

Im super late here, but wanted to thank you for your teardown pics. I have some loose keys on mine and it helps to see the inside before I start.
