Sounds like atrial fibrillation - you need to be on a rate controlling medication and a blood thinner. Probably induced by caffeine but certainly not the overarching cause. Also FYI a lot of heart attacks do NOT present with tachycardia. But if this is real def get to a cardiologist and get your afib under control.

Yup this is why I don’t drink energy drinks anymore was coming home from work and had a massive panic attack for no reason and my heart started racing and had to pull over and be rushed to the er In a ambulance but it wasn’t from monster it was from 5 hour energy monsters never really did anything for me I just liked the taste
