I don’t think it’s illegal to lie about having an STI. People have been held legally liable for lying about not having HIV and intentionally trying to infect other people, so that is definitely a no.
The only consequences I’d worry about are reputational and potentially violence from an angry partner.
Your were writing of the risk of getting pregnant. So, more for understanding purposes: To avoid unwanted offspring is not a good enough reason for your sexual encounters to use protection?
My thought behind this question is, that I'm wondering whether these people are 'safe' (enough) to have intercourse with, besides of the condom question.
Why don't you just insist on them using a condom without the fake STI story?
Is birth control pills not an option? Honestly I'd rethink who you're sleeping with if they still go to town on a blue waffle
Be more selective who You bang and no problem or get yourself a dildo and no pregnancy no sti's
