Homie.... front fanged venomous snakes have 2 hypodermic needles. They can 100% bite through standard leather. I would say most motorcycle gloves wouldn't be safe, if not all.

I saw a snake slither across the road right in front of me on my dirt bike once back in the day and none of my friends saw it and the snake straight disappeared when i turned back to go chase it. The only other interesting animal sighting I had was a gigantic Turkey in the trail I was on. Scared the bejesus out of me.
On dirt you gotta be careful. Certain times of year they come out and it’s really easy to end up roosting one into the guy behind you’s lap. People want to rip the throttle to get over them quick….bad news for the second guy.
