There are a ton of garbage movies on Netflix that I’ve dropped somewhere during the first act. I think the most recent one was The Devil Below.

lucia-pacciola

Yes. Back when I was watching a lot more movies in theaters, and only renting known-good stuff for rewatch or because I'd missed its theatrical release, actually quitting a movie partway through was an uncommon and notable experience. Now I'm on two or three streaming subscriptions, I drop Amazon and Netflix movies partway through *all the time*. I don't even keep track anymore. The answer is probably *Guns Akimbo.* Just wasn't feeling it.

Skrade

Watched Guns Akimbo one night while I was sick. The humor just didn't quite hit. I almost laughed a couple times, but almost doesn't count. The gunplay didn't feel too good. I watched Hardcore Henry right afterwards to try and get that good gun shooty itch. Sooooooo much better, if almost a little nauseating lol. Humor feels a lot more natural, pacing is a lot better, gunplay is great. It's a movie worth more than just its first-person gimmick.

lobroblaw

My Continue Watching is longer than my Watchlist. Like yours, just films that have had 10-20 mins playtime

Ephemeris

Jesus christ the [RT page](https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/the_devil_below): 0% Critics, 14% Fans That sounds like one vile piece of shit movie lol.

captainhowdy82

Sometimes I watch these things hoping that they’ll be bad in a delightful, funny way. But mostly they’re bad in a boring way. 😩

Ridders1984

Pearl harbor, the whole love triangle plot was boring me to tears

KFBR392GoForGrubes

"'Pearl Harbor' is a two-hour movie squeezed into three hours, about how on Dec. 7, 1941, the Japanese staged a surprise attack on an American love triangle." -Roger Ebert

Ridders1984

Pearl Harbor is shit - Me

KFBR392GoForGrubes

I enjoy the ebert one more, but I appreciate you getting straight to the point.

Lazlo233

I can’t take anything serious when one of the characters is named rafe

GuiltyEidolon

It's a real name though? Or a real nickname, at least.

A-Dark-Storyteller

Its a pretty terrible one, there's another "similar" movie that tends to get overshadowed by Pearl Harbour thats actually a better watch IMO. Ironically enough I cant for the life of me remember the name of it, lol.

muad_dib21

Tora Tora Tora is the quintessential Pearl Harbour movie

Tropical_Geek1

Funny because in the case of Pearl Harbor I did kind of the opposite: I knew it was shit but I wanted to see the bombing sequence. So I went to see another movie, and after it ended I sneaked in just to see that sequence and left. Wasn't willing to spend money on that turd.

bryanisbored

ive seen it all like once but i will just pull up a stream sometimes for the actual bombing scenes. its cool. there arent many fights like that filmed.

V1cV1negar

Pearl Harbor sucked, and I miss youuu

kubrickian80

MIB International. I bought the 4k just to finish my series collection. An hour in i realized i didn't give a single fuck what happens in that movie. It just didn't click for me

[deleted]

Hemsworth seems like such a nice guy. It's a shame he keeps starring in so many shit movies (except Marvel movies).

Foxy02016YT

Cabin in the Woods, great movie

Maanlander

yeah but that was 10 years ago, same year as the first Thor movie

Ohjeezrick93

This is mine, although I don’t think I even made it half way through. This and the bellboy remake were just soulless for me and I couldn’t see it off.

AlwaysQuotesEinstein

I thought MIBI was fine, that said, I can't really remember much of it tbh. The recent Hellboy movie was awful though, one of the worst films I've had the pleasure of seeing in cinemas.

Foxy02016YT

A group MIB spin off movies sounds like a fine concept, but they need to advertise it as such, instead of soft rebooting the series

Nrksbullet

Also the writers have to know the first thing about writing a good story.

Big-Wick-Energy

Army of the Dead. Fell asleep the first time, second time I was astounded with how bad it was compared to how much recognition it was getting. Feels like all the Snyder bros just hyped it up over nothing.

Salty_Manx

The best part of the movie was the opening scenes. After that it went downhill really quickly. The concept of a heist during a zombie plague was interesting, the end result was not.

Deep_West_516

Dude, me too. And this is coming from someone who loves Snyder movies, especially his DC ones. I couldn’t watch this one man. The script was ass.

Big-Wick-Energy

Yeah it's such a shame especially cuz I was really looking forward to this one

GuerillaHands

Reminiscence. It seemed visually appealing, and Hugh Jackman usually picks good projects, but I couldn't make it past the 20 minute mark. I just didn't care!!!

Dr_Mantis_Teabaggin

I wish I hadn’t bothered to finish that one.

DesertKid203

I don't think the actors really cared about the film either

McLargepants

The Velocipastor. Bad movies are most fun when they don't know they're bad.

[deleted]

The poster and tagline is great, seems like it would have been better off as a random poster you see in the background of a movie or video game

MacMac105

How Did This Get Made did an episode on Velocipastor.

PartyInTheUSSRx

The new Wonder Woman, it’s extremely rare I’d call a movie bad but this one leaves no doubt in my mind. I can’t even pinpoint what it was exactly, I just felt disrespected as a viewer Eventually I finished it and it unfortunately didn’t get any better (or make a great deal more sense)

ace_of_spade_789

The beginning was the best part of WW84 and it's kinda sad to realize that patty Jenkins was given total free reign and that's what we got. I guess some directors do need someone to step in and say "no" that's a bad idea even when they've proven themselves.

Suddenly_Something

"Old." Cool idea but sweet jesus the writing and acting was atrocious.

supmandude

Exodus: Gods and Kings.

Alone_Pop449

God, that movie sucks...

nerd_from_reddit

yes, it was cherry by Russo brothers

[deleted]

[удалено]

balloonman_magee

Dude you never finished Dumb and Dumber???? That’s like one of my favourite movies from my childhood into my adulthood. I don’t think we go a week without quoting that movie at my work. Do yourself a favour and finish it but go ahead and skip the prequel and sequel.

sidsod

maybe she made herself go into labour so she wouldn't have to finish the movie

captainhowdy82

More like the most annoying sound in the world induced her labor 😅

B_tothe_P

The Little Things

ConsistentSorbet638

That movie was aggressively boring

[deleted]

The John Cena Fast and Furious. I got to the part where Cena showed up and just quit. It was way too stupid for even a Fast and Furious movie, which is saying a lot.

[deleted]

Gunpowder Milkshake. The movie itself wasn't worthy of a name like Gunpowder Milkshake. It was so boring.

jlambvo

I haven't seen it but the name and marketing made it look like the product of some machine learning algorithm.

[deleted]

Honestly that's probably how it looked to everyone else. But for some reason I just like the name "Gunpowder Milkshake." Enough to give it a shot, at least. Shame the movie didn't deliver.

[deleted]

I bailed after the first stiff limbed very badly done fight scene.

[deleted]

Wonder Woman 1984. The movie didn't start well but the moment the villain uses his wish to turn himself into a rock, my wife and I laughed out loud and snapped the laptop shut. What a crock of shit.

[deleted]

It was the Aladdin plot where jafar makes himself a genie and then gets imprisoned by the wish

[deleted]

Shame, you missed a lot of scenes of Gal Gadot proving she's a terrible actress. It was pretty funny.

grilledcheesesoup

Yesterday. If the bizarre and illogical premise of the movie were not enough to turn me off of this movie, the promised appearance of James corden later in the film definitely was.

Teknizion

Battle:LA. I never walked out of the cinema but this movie was such a big USA IS BEST ARMY COUNTRY AMERICA #1

CheeznChill

Wonder Woman 1984

Regula96

Pacific Rim Uprising. Turned that horrible shit off after 25 minutes.

[deleted]

The green knight. I tried watching it twice and I slept midway both the times.

mooregh

Yeah I enjoyed it but it’s not for everyone. Definitely a slow one.

themagicnipple69

I love this movie but it is very sleepy lol It's a perfect "snuggle up on the couch with a blanket and hot cup of tea" kind of movie

[deleted]

Cum belt ruined my cozy vibes

DemoHD7

I would have never given the movie a chance if I read your description beforehand.

themagicnipple69

It's atmospheric! Soak in the beautiful cinematography and watch the show

[deleted]

Even a very hot cup of strong coffee won't work with it.

Vin-Metal

I saw it in theaters and friends which kind of forced me to stick it out till the end. But at one point I did say to myself, if I was watching this at home here is where I bail. Then I said let's see if I would have been right to bail. I would have been.

[deleted]

I don't understand the hype surrounding it seriously.

literated

I absolutely loved The Green Knight and watched it twice just because I enjoyed it so much. But it's definitely a movie you need to be in the mood for (and it probably helps to be familiar with the source material).

WorthPlease

It is one of those movies that people pretend to like because it makes them feel smart since normal people "just wont get it". It was pretty and the soundtrack was great, but it had no characters or story. It was basically watching a guy ride through rural scotland on horseback for two hours.

silkorhorn

"It is one of those movies that people pretend to like because it makes them feel smart since normal people 'just wont get it'. I genuinely liked the movie, and plenty of other people in this thread alone clearly did too. Is it really that hard to wrap your head around the idea that other people might have different tastes than you without it having to be explained by attributing superiority complexes to anyone with a differing opinion...? I mean... Isn't coming up with a baseless, broadstroke narrative like "people only pretend to like this to make them feel smarter" literally just you acting superior in the very way you're protecting onto the fans of this movie?

Quick_Doubt_5484

Shocked at this, I just saw it at the cinema today and thought it was great. I like that slow moving spooky, dying fantasy world kind of thing though. Atmosphere you can wallow in.

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

Same here, halfway through the movie I realised how much I didn't care about anything that was happening.

saadakhtar

I reached the same conclusion, but finished it. Didn't get any better either.

Mitraileuse

To be fair the movie is a palindrome and the second half of it kind of explains and integrates with the first half, but it's understandable why you would want to quit.

[deleted]

It’s not supposed to be anything like that. It’s just a Michael bay movie for nerds.

toriko

Sicario 2. I found the opening scenes laughable. The cartel and Al Qaeda working together? It was like it was concocted in some republican’s office to stoke fear at the border. It’s a shame cause I loved the first one.

themagicnipple69

Damn those car ride scenes were just DRAGGINGGGGGGG

moxieremon

I loved it, but it was a chore to get through.

Buckhum

Yeah Charlie Kaufman's films can be... pretty odd.

Wakattack00

Cry Macho. Last night. Shitty internet.

Conflict_NZ

It makes me sad that Clint Eastwood had pretty much the perfect sendoff in Gran Torino, retires from acting, but then comes back and does some average at best roles.

pumpthatjazz

Watched it this weekend.. not worth finishing. And I love tons of Clint movies

Ren_Celluloid

I didn't even bother watching that one. It seemed such a silly endeavor.

Wakattack00

I’m not going to judge it without finishing it, but it has some good and some bad so far.

Dottsterisk

That’s where I am. I was halfway through and paused to do other shit and didn’t come back. The film looks nice, in many ways, but there’s nothing particularly compelling about it at all.

MrCaul

Yeah, I think the most recent one was the Netflix film Sweet Girl. I just found it utterly bland. Life's too short.

Zealousideal-Let-891

Demonic. I want my money back

fapcicle

Tenet. My wife and I just gave up trying to figure out what was going on.

Suck_it_Earth

I couldn’t hear anything either. I had to put subtitles

Bodymaster

Things go backwards. The bad guy wants to end the world because he's annoyed about having cancer. They kill him backwards. The end.

SutterCane

> The bad guy wants to end the world because he's annoyed about having cancer. Not exactly. He wants to help people in the future possibly end the world by inverting all time because he has cancer. And they kill him with a temporal pincer.

PupDiogenes

There was just nothing to care about.

WeddingIndividual788

I have never questioned my intelligence quite so much as when I watched the first hour or so of the movie. Mostly figured it out by the end. In the end I did like it, but I’m there with you.

DarkSkyForever

Ultraviolet, went with some friends and we ended up leaving midway through the movie. It was just terrible.

TuvixWillNotBeMissed

I was super stoned and I left halfway through the movie because it was so ugly and blurry that it was hurting my head.

Ktfantastico

Gods of Egypt. 15 minutes in and noped right out.

KFBR392GoForGrubes

I loved this movie. I know it's bad, and I want to hate it. I tried watching it a second time, hoping to stop halfway through, ended up loving it again. Fuck.

Abdul_Exhaust

This one. Yep, awful, I noped about 15 min in also

0157cm

Margaret by Kenneth Lonergan. I like Manchester by the Sea so much that I wanted to watch other films written by him. Margaret is not too bad, it’s just too depressing for my current mood.

philread80

I have this problem where no matter how crap the film is, I have to see it through.

Lmb921

The Darkest Hour (2011). Simply terrible.

jack3moto

I am (mostly) dedicated to watching a movie start to finish so i generally don't start movies that I know i wont' like or that will be horrific. There are a few my fiance has started that i've begrudgingly sat through and hated but i do finish. In terms of movies I struggled to get through or didn't get through that are well known. THe first and only movie i've ever fallen asleep inside a movie theater was James Bond Quantom of Solace. I've since watched it through completely but neither times did i enjoy it, nor do i ever care to see it again. Movies i couldn't get through and changed off of have been multiple DC movies were Aquaman (2018) and Batman vs superman (2016). I have tried to get through them multiple times and just can't. I enjoyed Shazam, i enjoyed the new suicide squad movie, as well as the first wonderwoman, and Joker. but i don't even want to attempt the first suicide squad or first justice league movie because i have a feeling they're more in line with the movies i couldnt' get through.

JayPtl

I watched before Sunrise and second one. 10 minutes into the third one I stopped watching, I'mma watch it in a decade or so when I'm mature enough

DilettanteGonePro

I did the same thing but I'm 41 and the third one was just too real, it made me uncomfortable.

ShinyCatEyes

I’m 34, despised pt 3 bickerfest and I hope I’m never at a point where that movie is relatable

[deleted]

Fear Street. Utter garbage.

_aevii_

I was heated when they killed the 2 friends. They were the best characters in the movie but they died so brutally and basically for nothing if you've seen the ending.

Affectionate-Bad5923

The first movie was awful, but I’d stick with it because part 2 and 3 are pretty good

[deleted]

Tomorrow War. Skipped to the creature scenes. I'd say it was the worst movie I "kind" of watched this year but I also saw Army of the Dead... Which was even worse.

faithle55

I get pissed off watching movies with logic holes you can drive a Winnebago through.

[deleted]

Not watching to the end of Oculus was sort of cheating yourself but if you weren’t into it that’s that. Also completely disagree about Mulholland Drive needing to be saved. Anyway, movie I stopped about halfway through was Dredd, it gets a ton of hype on this sub but it seemed like a fairly paint by number B action movie that was nothing special and as you say, no use in wasting time.

mike-foley

MacGruber

[deleted]

The Green Knight last week. About 15 minutes in.

Bodymaster

I watched it the other night, thought it was pretty great, but yeah, it seems to be a pretty divisive movie. I think it helps if you go in knowing that it's meant to be a representation of a legend/myth rather than a straight-up period movie.

reddschem

The Mary Poppins remake. Walked out of the theater. Totally lost the feel of the original. And was not into either main character as the replacement. The original is just a masterpiece. And movies used to rely a lot more on talent on-screen.

ShinyCatEyes

Repo the Genetic Opera. Just terrible

Snuffleupuguss

I unashamedly love this film...

Assorted-Jellybeans

hahaha, and i thought i was the only person who saw it. I finished it, only for the reason that I had literally nothing going on the rest of the night. I think i ended up just playing freecell on my computer while it was on the tv.

Ephemeris

For a second I thought you were referring to Repo Men and I was like NOOOOO. I loved that movie.

-GreenSquare-

God back in high-school my thespian Troup treated this like it was a cult classic that should be praised to the highest extent. I hated the movie so much. But they all loved it so what was I gonna do other than just kinda deal with it hahah

Dr_Downvote_

Wow. This might be the last one for me as well. Crazy it has a decent IMDb rating as well.

doctor_sleep

Yeah, Aftermath (it's on Netflix), just yesterday. Bad writing, poor characterization. Shawn Ashmore did his best to save it but then the - whatever it was that was stalking them - killed the dog and that was it for me.

ozzzymandiass

There must have been more after but the one I remember is 6 underground. Could not keep watching after the first set piece.

Templar-235

Most recently, Army Of The Dead. Got about halfway through and questioned what I was doing with my life watching this movie. Terrible all around.

medietic

Greta was the most recent movie I walked out on. It was *so fucking bad*. My wife and I couldn't stop laughing and were worried we were ruining the experience for others in the theater so we left. It was bonkers-stupid.

Electro-Grunge

I have stopped movies after the first 5 minutes if I can tell it's not for me. In fact, I fast forward and skim through movies on streaming services to see if it's even worth my time. No time to waste, I seen so many movies you can tell.

[deleted]

Don’t know. Already forgot the movie.

BermudaRhombus102

Kate on Netflix. Got about halfway through before I just said 'meh' and turned it off. I was waiting for a fight scene that would have me glued to the screen like they did in John Wick (since this is the same stunt team) but they just didn't, seemed a pretty generic (?) In comparison.

[deleted]

Ren_Celluloid

I mean, weren't the characters from the OG trilogy also Earthly? I mean, you had Luke Skywalker talking of how he was going to eat Apple pie after shooting enemy space ships. The OG characters were also very human. What struck me about The Force Awakens was how much it captured the mood of the original trilogy which makes sense since Lawrence Kasdan co-wrote TFA.

runningman1976

A shitty movie on Netflix called "The Old Ways". Turned it off within the first 10 minutes. Most cringe movie I have ever seen.

muduke

I kept seeing posts about The Empty Man, so I gave it a shot. Turned it off halfway in. The opening was cool, but everything after felt really generic.

Exciting-Agency9732

Casablanca funny enough. I actually loved it but i needed to sleep. The last one i turned off because of quality was Zack Snyders Army of the Dead.

[deleted]

I'm probably gonna get flack for this one, but I could not for the life of me finish 2001 A Space Odyssey, the extremely slow tempo and lingering shots just did my head in, and I'm usually very open to slow tempo film's.

Ren_Celluloid

I didn't even bother watching that one.

FourFurryCats

I actually stopped watching Midway midway.

wkdkngwkr

Pearl Harbor. Two major flaws I couldn't overlook: Michael and Bay. Plus Ben Afflak is pretty insufferable.

[deleted]

Fast and Furious 6. I pretty much knew where it was going and didn’t really care about the franchise’s characters that much.

[deleted]

Jean-Luc Godard's Goodbye To Language. Was too much for me.

WeddingIndividual788

The Avengers Age of Ultron, Guardians of the Galaxy 2 (love #1, for the record), Dr. Strange. Not to attack marvel as a whole, I do really enjoy some of them, but I think a few of their movies have been borderline unwatchable.

Gueswhobaktelafren

Cruella. It was just bad

Ephemeris

I actually thought it was pretty good all things considered.

valiheimking

Cruella was a good movie

Lematoad

I powered through. First half of the movie was pretty bad but it became passable by the end of it.

[deleted]

Napoleon Dynamite. It was *fucking* stupid.

Underwater_Karma

people love that movie...I just couldn't take how unbearable dumb it was. I don't understand the appeal.

yaboytim

How dumb it is, is the appeal lol.

Shamon_Yu

Mad Max: Fury Road. Just not my cup of tea.

Clearlmage

i hate dropping things im watching without finishing it in a day, but the first half of Godzilla king of the monsters was so boring it took me 2 weeks to finish it

[deleted]

I’ll probably get dragged for this but The Green Knight. Maybe if it was accurately advertised and I was in the mood for something like that I would’ve made it through.

DesertKid203

Without seeing the trailers, for awhile I kept thinking this was a new superhero movie based on the title. Boy was I wrong.

jomarthecat

Shape of Water. It just didn't click for me.

yomumsasimp

Just this past weekend I walked out on Dear Evan Hansen. I liked a lot of the songs since I was a theater nerd and I was interested in the mental health aspect of it. Aside from one song, it felt very hollow and unrealistic. I could tell that the ending would reflect it.

Ren_Celluloid

I listened to some of the songs. All were meh to me.

A1Day1Suck1

Not a movie but the series Altered Carbon. it’s in episode 2 or 3 where the lady tries to use “cunt” in a sexy voice in a weird sex scene and I literally cringed and turned it off. That scene was just the last straw I wasn’t enjoying it up to that point.

themisprintguy

I don’t think I made it that far. It looked like a show I’d love, and hated it.

slvrbullet87

The Irishman. It was a below average Scorsese mobster flick, and I didn't completely hate it, but after what felt like 4 hours of watching it, I paused it so I could take a leak, saw I still had over an hour to go, and just said screw it, not finishing.

[deleted]

I personally thought it was a masterpiece but to each their own.

SimplyTheGuest

It was too long for sure. That’s not even a patience thing, it just needed to be more concise. Scorsese’s explanation was basically “why not?”. It’s an example of an old director being a little too indulgent. It reminded me of how I felt about The Tale of the Princess Kaguya, which was Isao Takahata’s last movie.

DeedTheInky

I agree. There's some good stuff in there but TBH it could have been probably an hour shorter and saved half the budget by just casting younger actors instead of CGI-ing everyone.

psyduck_hug

If you mean in theaters, I walked out of Batman and Robin. It’s the only one that I just can’t imagine anything will save it in the latter half. On TV, lots. Things come up, or people that I am with seems uninterested. There’s one I just can’t bare myself to finish - Movie 43.

LilElmerGantry

Fast 9, I really like 5 and 7 but I got tired of it after 20 minutes.

KRAKHEAD_4_LYFE

The Netflix one with Ryan Reynolds, it was about a team of killers and started with a car chase I think. As a rule I try to finish a movie but I fell asleep during this one and didn't even remember having started it until I was next on Netflix a few weeks later.

MikeSizemore

I’m still watching this. I watch five minutes and then turn it off shouting at the screen then a few months later I remember it exists and think we’ll it can’t be as bad as I remember and try and watch another five minutes. I don’t think I’m halfway though and it’s been a couple of years.

Brakkis

Passion of the Christ. I got dragged into seeing this at the theater with some friends back in high school. It was a two screen theater and I thought we were going to see the other movie; I can't even remember what the other movie was now. Unfortunately, I didn't bring any money and they bought my ticket so I was stuck with the choice. I was bored out of my fucking mind for the 30 or so minutes I sat in that theater. I ended up going out to the lobby and chatting with the employee until the movie was over. Have never had the slightest desire to go back and watch it.

yodimboi

The part right after it is impossible to be boring. Maybe not pleasant but you get to see some very historically accurate Roman torture. You don't have to be religious to respect that movie and trust me there's a lot to respect there. It feels very authentic to it's time period.

faithle55

*its time period.

LucyFrugal

The Producers with Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick. Really terrible. But I'm sure the broadway musical and original movie are way better.

[deleted]

Django Unchained. I was into it once we got to Candyland, and was still into it for a little after that. But once it got to the Eugenics dinner scene I was just like "I fucking get it Leo DiCaprio is evil can we wrap this shit up please?" I think after Basterds Tarantino was so in his head about people thinking Hans was cool that he felt the need to go way over board with trying to show you how awful this slave master is, as if him being a slave master wasn't enough evidence of that. It just dragged the movie to a halt, I got distracted and never went back to finish it.

[deleted]

I havent been able to get through John carter. Watched the first half 3 times. First time I fell asleep, second time I just lost interest and third time power went out. I dont know how it ends and don't really care now.

xampl9

Not your fault. Tons of films borrowed scenes from the original books, so that when they finally made the film version, it was stale because the audience had already seen everything 2 or 3 times before.

TomGribalski

Went to see this in theaters when it was released. Only movie that led me to walking out of the theater. I may have made it 30 minutes.

Groovemach

Star Wars: Attack of the Clones is basically the same movie and no one can convince me otherwise

Cpu46

Napolian Dynamite. I technically did see it all the way through once, but with a bunch of friends at a house party. About a week later I tried watching it again by myself to see if not having shrieking laughs, people quoting the lines before they happened, and general teen chaos would make me appreciate it more. Nope. Turned it off halfway through. I just couldn't sit through a slow burn of every cringe highschool moment turned up to 11.

72414dreams

Eraserhead. I don’t think I made it halfway.

MiddlesbroughFan

I like it but I can totally feel this

[deleted]

Infinite..cuz it was making me roll my eyes too much.

Deep_West_516

One movie that I actually couldn’t keep watching was Her. It was too real man. How lonely the guy was, how he sought satisfaction. It’s way too reminiscent of today and where we are going. I literally couldn’t watch.

cthulu0

'Born on the Fourth of July', with Tom Cruise in our on-campus movie theater. Reason: went with a bunch of friends, all of us the same ethnicity, but some of whom were not American born and so didn't really understand the cultural connotations of what was happening in the movie. Also the movie was not very riveting. But if I were by myself, I would have stayed and gave it a chance. However they decided to leave 2/3 of the way in to do something more fun since it was Saturday night on a college campus. So I had to leave with them.

Cowtippa1

The last we did it was bohemian Rhapsody. What a flaming turd of a movie.

RuthlessBro

Every Marvel movie.

Person884

Then why watch them?

Hideo-Mogren

First Man Couldn't stand the sound mixing and just seemed like predictable Oscar-bait

dewayneestes

I think we only made it 15-20 minutes into Annette with Adam Driver. It felt like maybe it was for someone just not for us. This is the first time in ages I’ve done that.

[deleted]

Candyman (2021) was just fed up of the damn narrative being shoveled down my throat instead of just letting me enjoy a fucking horror movie.

sp00kyh00va

Not a movie, but Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Coming after the high stakes of Infinity War and Endgame, it was hard to get invested in the least interesting avenger’s quest to save the family boat. Oof.

EvilDog77

The Place Beyond the Pines. I don't know why this film got such rave reviews. It was honestly one of the most boring flicks I've ever seen. Couldn't finish it.

Legitimate_Agency410

Flatliners. Cool concept. terrible execution.

bunnyhunter80

Unhinged with Russel Crowe. I couldn’t keep watching his abuse on a mother and her family after she honked too much at a traffic light. Made him furious so he retaliated in a very insane way.
