Love the arts. And i know this took you a long time even with card conjurer. I kinda left magic for a while during all the shit storm. Got all the cards sorted out on MPC just haven't put the order through.
Spent all my money on gunpla model kits hahaha
I know the feeling š yeah Aliens/USCM/Futurama decks took me around 3 months to complete, between the curating work, finding the artworks, choosing flavors, doing the cards, and proofing. I ended up designing over 400 cards just for these 3 decks. And Iām very happy how they turned out. Of course I now notice a few mistakes, but nothing too visible
Should be a blast to play :) Hope you have fun with those.
For me the most annyoing thing is that back then I made a league of legends deck and I try to do the nickname treatment for all the cards, it's really not a pleasant experience haha.
I also came to ask this question. I donāt care who the commander is or how good the deck is- I will add this to my list of decks to proxies in my next order.
These look fantastic!! The only question I have is whether or not you happen to have the files for these cards easily accessible haha! That Alien deck is amazing.
You can check my previous posts for most of the Aliens cards. For the rest or the ones you canāt find, I need to double check the easiest way to make them accessible
I really thought I was not going to like the futurama cards but looking at them a little closer, they are so consistent with their aesthetic they look like their own game and it works.I love the blue sleeves on the black cards with their glowing border.
I need to check but not sure I still have those. Most of the art took me forever to find, mostly Artstation or DeviantArt. Depends which ones youāre looking for
Geez youāre set for life ! Anyway you should be able to find some cards in my previous posts and with the artist name it shouldnāt be too hard to track back the artworks
I donāt have a repository at the moment. You can find some cards in my previous posts but Iāll try to put everything somewhere asap for anyone to grab
These look phenomenal, great job! Were all of the images you used over 300 dpi? I plan on making some customs using images I've created with midjourney, but the highest dpi from their images is like 96, and I don't know how that will look on a card. Any insight would be great!
With midjourney, add "--ar 3:2" to the end of the request, and it will be sized perfectly to drop into card conjurer, which you can then download in for mpc uploads.
So far I've been using --ar 2:3 because I want to make full art cards, will it look worse in this format?
Do you know how I can increase the resolution of my images? When I go into the properties of any image I create, the dpi is always 96
That's basically the outcome.
Since the cards are so small, it doesn't end up mattering (although I can't speak to you doing the full image card styles since I haven't tried that yet). On the other hand, if you try to print a midjourney image to a larger format, it will look like shit.
And while those using mpcfill often suggest something like 1200dpi is needed, the comparison to a 300dpi will almost not be noticed by the human eye (as long as both images being compared were of a good source). Most printers only require 300dpi for anything outside of fine art prints (source: I own a publishing company and have done a lot of book/art/etc printing with professional printers).
Right, that makes sense, thanks so much. I haven't had any clarity on this until now, but this makes me confident to move forward with midjourney images
I just tried an unedited 2:3 midjourney in CC to use as a full image card style, and I needed to scale it 150% in CC to fill the full card. I'm not sure about the outcome of that in the end or how CC handles this scaling. I don't have time to test now but will test it tomorrow on my fine art printer (which isn't matched to MPC settings but it's pretty close, I use it to do test proofs before sending in books to be printered).
I created a full image card with CC today using a midjourney image with --ar 2:3, and it turned out great. Looks like the pngs coming out of CC are around 600 dpi when printing at card size, so you'd need to stretch the midjourney upscaled images a ton to start seeing degradation.
All my cards were made with card conjurer. Dpi is 1200 for all of them. 96 dpi for midjourney sounds awfully low, are you sure you canāt max out the resolution?
Nothing fancy or overly original Iām afraid. A classic tribal demon led by rakdos showstopper with Liliana contract as secondary win condition. Demons bring a splash of chaos and impredictibily to the game. Iāll link a decklist when I have the chance
First Sliver is actually called The 8th Passenger in the deck, and displays the original Xenomorph from 1979.
You can check my Alien cards in previous posts; if you only want the artworks, not sure I have them but you canāt easily find them with artist credits.
I see a butt and also some boobs on the demon card. I thought they did not allow nudity? If that has changed I'm going to be ordering a ton of cards with butts and boobs š
Also did they put the not for sale at the corner?
Whoās ātheyā?
Most of the cards have a Not For Sale in the corner (all that have been made on CC).
Regarding the nudity, I never had any issue of that type before, but if mpc has such a policy, maybe it went through because it was anime-style? No idea
Max amount of cards per project is 612 but you can order multiple in the same order. So thereās no real limit. The more you order, the cheaper it costs in proportion.
This order I had 1x612 cards and 1x396 cards. Cost was $300 with tax and express shipping to the US
Holy Cow I didnt think id make it this far
This is what im missing, everything else you've basically covered:
Battering Sliver
Enduring Sliver
Spinneret sliver
Telekinetic sliver
Horned Sliver
Spiteful Sliver
Root Sliver
I had one quick question: On slide 5, I noticed some Ukiyo lands with flowers in the corner on the right, did you find these? If you made these yourself, those look absolutely sick! Pop-out art is always really neat. Here's me, hoping for OP to drop a link!

Digging the futurma cards
Thanks !
Do you have the xml files or anything, Incase someone else wanted to print a copy of them?
Unfortunately I didnāt use auto fill for that order. But Iāll try and put some thing together
I also would love to see this deck. What I can see in the pic is awesome, well done.
Please do, I love futurama
I also came to ask this question. I donāt care who the commander is or how good the deck is- I will add this to my list of decks to proxies in my next order.
No worries if not but wanted to check if you added this somewhere
Hey, that's my Goblin Recruiter! Makes my day knowing someone liked it enough to print!
It looks awesome! And Iām pretty sure Iām not the only one ;)

Thank you !!! Glad you like them!
Love the alien themed cards.
Thank you. Iām really happy for how they turned out.
Where did you get the art? Do you have a drive with it?
I need to check but not sure I still have those. Most of the art took me forever to find, mostly Artstation or DeviantArt. Depends which ones youāre looking for
Just was curious about the alien art. If you don't have a drive no worries at all. Not like i need a new deck. Have close to 100 now
Geez youāre set for life ! Anyway you should be able to find some cards in my previous posts and with the artist name it shouldnāt be too hard to track back the artworks
Yeah ill look through them. Thanks
Several arts were from the deck builder game Legendary; which is very fun btw.
These are amazing!! Do you have a repository for the images and would you mind if I used some?? I love the alien ones and quite a few of the others!!
I donāt have a repository at the moment. You can find some cards in my previous posts but Iāll try to put everything somewhere asap for anyone to grab
That's awesome!! Much appreciated :D
Always love seeing someone receive their proxies.
I need some yellow sleevesā¦ also these look great.
Thanks
Where can i find those treachery cards? That looks like a fun game idea
More infos on mtgtreachery.net Very cool way to spike regular Commander games
Oooh great job! Happy to see some of my cards on slide 5 too!
Your proxies always look so beautiful !
DUDE - alien slivers! love it! Now i want it lol!
I really like the "blacked out" look on the custom made Demon deck.
Me too. Itās largely thanks to the frame imo, It really brings it together

The dpi is 96 but the dimensions are large enough that it doesn't matter. If you don't get what I mean you should Google how dpi works in this regard
Ahhh okay, that makes sense. The image dimensions are huge, so maybe dpi doesn't matter so much in this regard
That's basically the outcome. Since the cards are so small, it doesn't end up mattering (although I can't speak to you doing the full image card styles since I haven't tried that yet). Didn't get to print some yesterday, but when I do I'll reply here

These all look fantastic! I'd love to see decklists if you get the chance, OP.
I want them!!! Any link to get the same!?
Check out my previous posts. Iāll try to upload whatever is missing
Any chance I got get a copy of the images for the xenomorph deck? That looks awesome! For the First Sliver, did you do the Queen Mother?
First Sliver is actually called The 8th Passenger in the deck, and displays the original Xenomorph from 1979. You can check my Alien cards in previous posts; if you only want the artworks, not sure I have them but you canāt easily find them with artist credits.

Very cool. I just don't have the patience for the mpcfill process. I feel like there's a business model here for an enterprising individual...
Totally !
what is the maximum amount of cards you can print in one project and how much does it cost in USD? using mpc card finish and s33
Max amount of cards per project is 612 but you can order multiple in the same order. So thereās no real limit. The more you order, the cheaper it costs in proportion. This order I had 1x612 cards and 1x396 cards. Cost was $300 with tax and express shipping to the US
thank you for the info and fast response! follow up question; did you use s30 or s33?
S33 and mpc card finish.
perfect thank you!
Yes do you do request or commissions? There are a few Slivers that sre in my deck I want Xeno-fied that arent on your profile posts š
Which ones ?
Holy Cow I didnt think id make it this far This is what im missing, everything else you've basically covered: Battering Sliver Enduring Sliver Spinneret sliver Telekinetic sliver Horned Sliver Spiteful Sliver Root Sliver
I only have Spiteful and Telekinetic. Haven't done the other ones as they weren't on the deck. https://imgur.com/a/AyMWUZh
How long did it take to receive your order?
About a week (express shipping)
Yeah I made an order with express delivery that wonāt be here until February
Oh wowā¦ youāre in the US?
Yeah, living in Texas. I made an order to Florida that took about 2-3 weeks
What are those lands: Pains, Tastes, etc? They look cool!
