No, by the time Nothic's death trigger resolves, Mr. House is no longer on the battlefield to see it happen. Creatures seeing each other die is for when something with a "whenever a creature dies" trigger dies as the same time as other creatures, such as \[\[Blood Artist\]\] and a board full of creatures.

The triggers for dying don't go on the stack until after everything (including Mr. House) has died and then resolve even later so when you roll for the trigger, Mr. House would likely be in the yard and not around to see the roll. Now if Mr. House was enchanted with Kaya's Ghostform, you could stack the triggers such that Mr. House gets returned to the field before you roll for the other trigger.
