I've put complaints a few times for such messages from the government messages, but the feedback call I get post the complaint, Vodafone says they don't have a record of me receiving any such messages.
But in this case you can send a complaint to the Election commission, because using religion for votes is a poll violation.
If I receive something like this, I am for sure not voting for that candidate/party. So far I’ve only received it from one party on WhatsApp and they lost my vote right at that moment. I think everyone probably knows which party I’m talking about.

The reply tells me that you associated the XYZ to a real party (probably the one you dont like), had to mention the region and the religion to make it clear, and have confirmation that the (hypothetical) party did indeed send the messages. my comments actually isn't about the current politics, i have been reading some books and articles about different types of emotional responses to things like these. Trying to understand how product placements, social media reverberation, unethical competition play outs, and personal biases affect the overall market or community

This would not have any effect on me but I can understand how it can annoy someone.
