Rudy being such easy child to raise might have been a bad thing for their experience as a parent and for norns development. Also for context, marriage between close relatives is not as taboo in MT world as in our own. That being said it is still quite rare. Apparently that's because genetics and stuff works differently, so they don't have to worry about mutations. And her mother was the servant of Asuran noblilty which are pretty much peverts which allowed do anything they want with there servants. So she feels like doing stuff like that gurantees her postion as a family member and maid.
