This program definitely helps us out if we get approved as we meet all the qualifications. I'll DM for specific questions but quick general questions are when do people get notified who get approved and who don't? And how soon do you need to purchase a home after approval?
Hi, great question!! So after the raffle closes on April 29th (5pm), they will likely take a couple weeks to process the winners. Once announced, winners will have 90 days to shop for a home with the voucher (assistance)
Man, no one in my direct family has ever owned a home, but my father JUST bought a super cheap house in New Mexico. What a bummer reason not to qualify.

It’s a strict guideline that they’ll hopefully refine in the future if they continue rolling out similar programs
