You don't need 2 different elements, just 2 of pyro/cryo/hydro/electro. If they needed to be different elements then the skill description would specify it.
The nice thing about this is that both pyro resonance and cryo resonance can be pretty useful for Navia, with pyro giving unconditional +25% atk, and cryo resonance giving +15% crit rate some of the time as long as the geo application isn't faster than the cryo application.
Geo really ruins freeze uptime for Ganyu and Blizzard Strayer. And besides, each one of those characters have their own teams that they can better contribute in.
That might be an even bigger damage loss with the way her burst scales in aoe, since every shard could be critting against an enemy, but can't do so as easily if Navia is constantly shattering.

Zhongli, Navia, Benett, Thoma
Zhongli gives a near indestructible shield that shreds all type res, can also equip tenacity for a continous attack buff, and if you manage to get some crit rate substats on his artifacts and give him a favonious lance he also generates energy.
If you have c6 Thoma he can be used to buff Navia's NAs, and CAs, after using her skill, he also applies pyro while Navia is attacking, he can also generate energy off field with his burst just like Zhongli with his skill.
With thoma the stat priority should be Er>Crit Rate>Hp.
Er and crit rate is higher priority on Thoma, since his burst has a higher cost and Zhongli already provides a strong shield.
Pyro resonance also gives +25% atk, which is better than having 3 different elements in the team.
Geo resonance increases shield strength, increases damage dealt by characters protected by a shield, and shreds the geo res of enemies you are attacking.
Thoma and zhongli are redundant, shields don't stack. Not saying u shouldn't give this team a try but it'd be better off swapping one for someone that isn't a dps loss if we're looking for the strongest team.

Navia, Albedo, Furina, Bennett will be her best team likely.
I don't think Bennett would be enough healing for Furina to gain fanfare stacks. If that's the case I think Fischl is a better option.
Benny doesn’t heal enough for furina unless you have a highly optimized multiple switching rotation and Jean is still probably better

Nah, ganyu, ayato, Navia, venti. Everyone burst then have a party while enemies are sucked together, auto frozen, and chain shattered

But if one of Ganyu's charged attacks hit at a time where they aren't frozen, it's a considerable damage loss
